There were multiple significant sized bugs found in the bathroom, unfortunately one was found in the toilet while in use. The carpet floor was damp and the room smelled like maybe mold. There were stains on the wall by the headboard. I would like to recognize one of the front desk staff for assuming that our visa card was not valid. They took the payment over the phone, however in person, when they saw the cards provider and asked where we were from, he proceeded to say that they don't accept that card despite already charging us. Nonetheless, a different card was provided and he insisted on receiving and withholding my guest’s id without communicating the need to copy it. Unfortunately, there were too many unprofessional instances to list especially regarding communication and there was no reason for us to be treated or spoken to in that way. Check out was quick and the bed itself felt pretty good.

Came here for a little quiet get away from the beach scene. This location is an exterior corridor hotel that does not allow pets. The rooms are nice and clean, newly renovated. The staff is nice and professional. They also offer a quick bite for breakfast. We enjoyed our stay here despite the reviews made us cautious. There are lots of places to eat within walking distance including fast food and restaurants. It is located right across from the JEB little creek base so not a lot of noise making it the perfect place for taking time out for yourself and your family

The morning and evening front desk staff were rude. I got cussed out by morning staff because I asked for a microwave in my room. Toilets' flushed all night. Walls were dirty. Room doors do not lock you have to hope that you pulled tight enough for the lock to actually catch on then sometimes it still was not locked. Morning reception came to my room and attempted to put me out of room 1hr before check out

The building needs to be up graded a little, but the owners there did seem to try hard. Which was a good sign for their future.

We checked in to our room and within 25 mins we dropped the room keys back to the front desk and left. The room was completely filthy. Dirty bed sheets, no toilet paper in the bathroom. My 8 year old needed to use the toilet and almost fell off the seat because one of the hinges were broken. Bathtub was absolutely filthy with mold all over the walls. There was also a homeless man sitting on the curb right in front of our room watching us take our belongings out of the car, which also looked like he had some kind of "pipe" in his hand. It seemed like he may have gotten kicked out. I would never come to this location again and would NOT recommend it. We were only supposed to stay there for 4-5 hours as a quick pit stop but couldn't even manage that

Clogged bathtub, poor internet, noise feom others customers arriving late night with loud music. Breakfast is to light and you can smell cigar at the property.

The bathroom wasn’t clean we had to purchase our own cleaning products, the sheets wasn’t clean luckily we bought our own, the beds were horrible and small, the front desk person was rude

The room looked average, nice looking beds, average decor. The beds and fixtures appeared clean. The dark tiled bathroom floor hid the fact that it was filthy. Eight steps on the bathroom floor and my white socks were black on the bottom. My husband's bare feet looked the same. Stained a washcloth just getting his feet clean. Decent night's sleep onconfortable beds. The shower was not fully functional. Center know to divert water from the spout to the shower head did not work. Clerk at checkout never asked how our stay was or any pleasantries.

The location is convenient. The service was satisfactory and the cleanliness was beyond expectations within the range of other sources.
