Check in was lack luster as when we arrived, the woman checking us in Domonique was quite pleasant at first, until she mentioned she needed a credit card for incidentals, knowing I had not yet paid for the room, I asked if it was charged or should I just provide the card for the entire stay, she immediately said, the card is for incidentals so again I tried to ask if that meant the card on file was charged already, which I was totally fine with, just wanted to be sure they were paid and she caught an attitude with a smile might I add, and said I was getting to that, I tried to explain my misunderstanding and she just kept cutting me off. Then she asked for the tag to the car, I started to look on a parking app I use to see if the tag number was there, my husband also looked for a pic in his phone and I even joked with her saying we are being lazy, just looking for a pic, and she responded with ok are one of you going to get it, I walked away and came back with the tag number. She continued to be "nice nasty" and we checked in. The room was wonderful, we had an oceanfront room, floor to ceiling windows. The second day we interreacted with Tyrone in concierge and two ladies at the front desk (one looked Hispanic and the other African American) they were all very pleasant, Tyrone was awesome. I asked the two ladies for teh woman's name that checked us in as at the time I didn't know it, they told me Dominique but first asked if there was an issue, to which I asked again for her name. When we came back to our room later that evening, Dominique called saying she had a message to call us, I said we did not request a call back, she then said if we needed anything to call her, I thanked her and hung up. I suspect they told her we may have had an issue with her, and she was trying to feel us out. Overall, the stay was wonderful, and I would stay here again.
