1.the room corners were all covered with spider webs and not at all clean ..i don't how could you treat ur customers as if they were living in a cattlefarm 2. The heater was not working and my brother got electric shock from one of cable that was left unsafe on the socket . Do you expect the people with family and kids be treated like this We selected your villa seeing the old reviews pre corona ...it's all well built but very poorly maintained 3. The food cake 45 mins late by 9:15 which s very late as a hotel ...in almost all resorts , they would make the food ready by 7:30 am so that visitors could reach out to places aftr food . Do you feel we should b stuck in traffic after eating since we could only leave your hotel by 10 . If r giving bf complimentary , make sure u give that according to customers priority time and not yours 4. The billiard court is maintained well but the other indoor game places were all of dust n dirt. One of my sister got dust allergy due to the very poorly maintained upstairs . It was hard to get hot water and we were behind you to provide us that . The teabags and milk powders at rooms was already used . Swimming pool was clean but please make sure that u donot mix these much chlorine.
