Weekend get away , nice hotel. The staff was really friendly. I had my doubts at first but i made the right choice. Room was clean & felt very comfy here. kitchenette in room is a big plus. felt right at home .

I chose this location out of convenience of my to and from work travel. I had to stay here much longer than originally anticipated but I must say that I have had no major issues with my stay. The few minor issues I had (blown out light bulbs, TV stopped working), the customer service team here took care of it immediately. I must say that the current team working here are awesome in my opinion. I haven't had any problems with any of my request. If someone needs a temporary place to stay to get their life back on track I would suggest this location. Everything you would need for daily service is right here.

My first impression was worrisome. I stood at the front desk for almost 10 minutes before a staff member came from the back room to check me in. However, that staff member & all other staff we encountered throughout our time there were friendly & helpful. The hotel is missing some basics that would’ve made my stay much better. The pool was closed…in August. No reason given & this information wasn’t provided at check-in. My daughter found out the hard way when she went looking for it. There are no Do Not Disturb signs. The staff informed me they just simply don’t have them. This was important to me since we brought our dog. I was a bit irritated after I was told by the front desk that housekeeping would be notified, then several hours later, told by the very polite & accommodating housekeeping lady that she wasn’t informed. She was gracious enough to write my request on her work sheet & we had no issues throughout our stay. Breakfast is a pot of coffee & your choice of two varieties of granola bars. I didn’t expect a 5- star breakfast buffet, but this was very lackluster. Even with these issues, I can say our rooms were clean & comfortable.
