Little treat for the 2 kids, we decided to take them to Gulliver's World over the weekend on the Stay & Play 2 day package, believe me I am not a snobby person and my standards are not stupidly high.. I know how some people can review things expecting way above the realistic standards so keep that in mind when reading this, I was not expecting too much coming here but the quality standards of food, hygiene, communication, customer service and the sheer lack of care from the staff is way below satisfactory. Arrived Friday 13th (We were doomed to begin) until Sunday 15th September 2024. Upon arrival, the miserable young lad on reception gave us our key and didnt say much else. We figured it out, found our pod. Stayed at one of the Pit Stop Pods, upon entering noticed the childrens beds had no sheets on the pillows or duvets, weird. Found someone elses dummy under the little kettle table, blood or bogey looking stains on the curtains, dust on the floor was another level. "OK whatever we thought, this is just for the kids... its fine" Went for dinner, wasnt bad to be honest. OK not expecting top quality food in the first place so with that in mind, the food evening food was alright. Outside after that for the entertainment, yeah fine our 2 little kids enjoyed it anyway, dancing along with the 2 enterainment girls and then got to toast some marshmallows afterwards. Went back to room and slept fine. Felt like whatever for the hot water to come through the shower, talking a good 10 minutes, miniture sized shower cubicle. If you are of a larger size, which I am not by the way, do some research on where you stay. You wont fit in the pit stop pod shower im afraid. Breakfast the next morning.... Booking confirmation email said that we get to enjoy a "delicious breakfast bap", yet we had no other information whatsoever. No times, how to get, where to get, where to go.. nothing...... Wasnt rocket science to use our initiative, headed to the reception area and people were eating breakfast in their so we asked and was told its either bacon bap, toast or cereal. OK, 1 kid wanted cereal, the other kid and both adults went for the bacon bap. Worst bacon bap in my life, I swear. Absolutely foul. As though the bacon had been cooked a week ago, overly done and then warmed back up. It wasnt crispy bacon, it was like a piece of slate on a bap. My partner couldnt even eat hers at all, she asked for something else and then apparently we could of had sausage baps instead..... IF only the person who I asked told me that, the same miserable young lad that was on reception. After a very disappointing breakfast, nothing delicious about it. We headed to the park, again with no information... how we are able to enter was again unknown, as we wasnt told anything when checking in. Approached gate, nope, told to go back around to the window on the left.. ok no problem.. Got our bands, all good. Our time at the park on both days was faultless and I cannot compl
