We had our 50 year class reunion at this hotel. The staff was very accommodating and made our stay great. We had the meeting room and hotel rooms. It was clean and comfortable. We were there most of the weekend, Friday afternoon till Sunday noon. Staff was very helpful with anything that we needed and were interactive with us. We couldn’t have a had a better place to hold our reunion . Thank you to the desk staff for the fun time. We appreciate it. We were able to use the room as late as we wanted, so we were there till after midnight. Thanks again. We enjoyed our stay very much!

We checked into a room and it smelled very strongly of urine and feces. Upon inspection of the bathroom, we found it hadn't been cleaned very well. There was feces in the toilet, on the seat, and on the counter by the sink. It appeared like perhaps the toilet overflowed and the fecal matter and urine was dried to the outside of the toilet bowl. There was also some sort of food product on the dresser and the floors has not been vacuumed well. Went to the front desk and was given another room on a different floor. This toilet also had not been cleaned properly and the bedding was dirty. Breakfast was unappetizing so we did not partake. Upon checkout we asked to speak to a Manager about the cleanliness of the bathrooms and were told they were not in but we would be contacted. We haven't heard anything. I would be ashamed for allowing guests to check into such disgusting rooms. We will never return.

Very comfortable quiet room. Everything was spotless. Continental breakfast was amazing. Very friendly staff. Didn't use the pool or hot tub but it looked well maintained. Great water pressure and hot water. Would definitely stay there again!!

Rooms were extremely clean, beds comfortable and great water pressure. Room was quiet . Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast area was also very clean and they had a good variety, waffle maker, eggs, bacon, yogurt and plenty of toaster options. Would stay again,

We booked a suite on the Choice website. On the website it said pets were allowed. When we got there to check in the front desk associate told us we would have to stay in a regular room because they don’t allow pets in the suites. This should have been on their website because I would never have reserved the room. The sign at the hotel that states this was behind the counter so nobody could see it. When I called around to the other hotels in the area everyone I talked to allowed pets in any room type. We were told the manager of this country inn and suites doesn’t even want to allow dogs at all. This is a huge mistake because lots of hunters with dogs come to South Dakota to hunt. Also I have been a Radisson rewards and Choice member for over 15 years. This is a Terrible way to treat loyal faithful members. Luckily we were able to find another great hotel with a suite that allowed our dog.

This should have been on the website because I never would have booked if that would have been listed somewhere. Even at the hotel, the sign that said that was hidden behind the counter. I have been a Radisson rewards member and a choice member for over 15 years. This is a horrible way to tear your faithful members.

We've stayed in this Country Inn and Suites before. We've enjoyed the convenient location and the great breakfasts. So on this this visit, it seemed natural to return. The breakfast was still good, with hot choices, and the hotel hadn't changed much, now that Radisson owns it. There is the indoor pool and the hot tub, and parking was convenient. What we did notice was the condition of the floors in the guest rooms. In the zeal to clean, the floors were left sticky from too much soap in the cleaning solution, which was not rinsed away with clean water. With wet feet, this became a slippery mess. With shoes on, they stuck to the floor and picked up the dirt stuck in the residue. This floor was NOT clean and was so unpleasant, that I lined the floor with every towel in the room, which we walked on. I reported this to the front desk, and was informed that the cleaning solution comes premixed and the hotel management had already tried to dilute it. I wanted to communicate the danger a slippery or sticky floor is to guests who might fall, leaving the hotel liable. Because of this, my review has been downgraded.

When we checked in, I found out that I mistakenly booked our room for the following week. We luckily were still able to get a room. The hotel and room were very clean. The bathroom was well stocked with towels and toiletries. Our room was on the 3rd floor. It had a high ceiling and a roomy bathroom. We did not use the pool, but I could see they provided pool towels. Bonus was the cookies they had near the front desk along with coffee and hot water for tea. Great pick me up after a long drive.
