Stayed here because I was attending a conference nearby. Very good Premier Inn. Nice room, comfortable beds, friendly staff and a lovely breakfast The rates were value for money and the hotel is near to the M5 sovery convenient. Iwould happily stay here again if I was in the area.

A great stay in a Premier Inn that I have used for business on several occasions. Everything about our one-night stay was first class - The room, the breakfast, the service and the meals were excellent. The welcome was good. The efficiency of check-in was good. Everything was as it should be.

Very nice place and the pub next door has nice food and good prices. The receptionists are very helpful and welcoming. Especially Paige, she has been exceptionally kind and conscientious. She knows her stuff round here. Would make a excellent manager

Stayed here for 6 nights. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Both those in the restaurant and the hotel. They were happy to give local advice, on things to see and do during my stay. My room was clean and tidy, so couldn’t ask for more, very happy with the service.

My stay at this hotel was as expected due to the fact I stay in Premier inn at least one a week. My experience here however was really uplifted by the Cheery welcome from Lorraine at Breakfast. Very helpful and great service. Full English arrived quickly and exactly as ordered with a smile and some banter from Lorraine. Thank you .

The room was spotless and very clean the staff were great and helpful the location is brilliant when visiting family loads of parking can’t fault it and the onsite restaurant really good The only think would say is that we had a ground floor room which good for accessibility but it was dark Other than that we will be back

Visited with work, went out for a drink in local area and the receptionist hayley was amazing and helpful. Hotel was nice and welcoming!! Staff were really nice and hayley made sure i had everything i needed like an ironing board and tea and coffee.

Overall the experience was OK. The only issue we had was the cleanliness within the hotel. The corridor had pieces of carpet missing and had a horrible smell. Our room was dusty and there were mould marks around the bathroom which would be an easy clean if done properly (which I don't think it had been, clearly) and there was gunk in the plug. We probably wouldn't return.
