The attitude of the counter service staff in the lobby is very bad, which makes people feel very unhappy😡😡😡The experience is very bad. I will tell my friends and family not to stay here. It’s a terrible hotel.

I wont come back to this hotel again!
1. The bath towers are dirty and hard like a sands paper, I requested to replace. The staffs took a few, but they are all the same condition.
2. The soundproof of the room is terrible, there is no privacy. You can hear everything in the neighbour room and corridor, talking, having sex…the worst is you will wake up by the door shut of the entire level in the morning
3. Breakfast is a buffet, however, very little selection, mostly local food, NOT for international stomach (i am from Singapore). There is NO even fresh brew coffee!! The fresh milk is also mixed with water…..
4. One of the male reception staff in the afternoon shift is rude.

Very good hotel. Pleasant staff. Surrounding isn’t great though. F&B and entertainment outlets : need to travel out.

I have been staying at this hotel most of the time when I visited Jakarta.Hotel location is strategic and easy access to central part of Jakarta City.The rooms are clean and hotel staff are friendly and helpfull.Good choice of foods & drinks for breakfast

A very comfortable hotel, good service and clean room. If the breakfast can be more food, it would be much better. The street out of hotel is not that nice.

Breakfast is good and worth it. I like the location because it's a straight line to downtown Jakarta. Chinatown nearby. Needs to upgrade their water kettles. One of the best stays in Jakarta.

Should have a massage place and the Kingsize bed was disaster and causing restless sleep and back pain. It just 2 single bed merger together as kingsize bed
