Great location but a pretty old building with dated furnishing and facilities. Bathroom was unfortunately very old with visible stains in the bath tub, floor, walls.

Nice place between airport and city, location better for business people to balance work time and shopping etc.

Very bad smell in the room, cockroaches everywhere, dont book it! WiFi doesnt work at as well.

It’s super nice and clean. It’s close to orchard road , so convenient. Very nice they gave me a free upgrade

Amenities so terrible... they didn't provide mat in bathroom 2nd day... must deposit 500k idr only cash or credit card (this made me feel dissapointed cause the amenities or inside the room NOTHING AT ALL quality goods and valuable goods!!!

The low score has reasons. It Looks like a good deal, but the poor management makes you feel just a waste of money. The senior management needs to make a change to avoid getting worse feedback in the future

This is the worst place I've ever lived! The professional level of the front desk staff is very low, and only one Chinese woman is acceptable during the day. We checked in that day and found a huge difference, the ground tiles are active, to the front desk coordination actually waited for 2 hours! The male staff did not tell us the result of communication after answering the phone call of Trip staff... Tell us when we ask! Trip paid for the upgrade for the next two days, but we spent the first two days living in squalid conditions... This is a very good choice for those who are not afraid to get angry or like to get dirty.

Service is low and cleanliness is low too. but the pool is very good.

Firstly, I must commend your outstanding staff members. They were friendly, attentive, and provided exceptional service throughout my stay. Secondly, I was impressed by the cleanliness and overall ambiance of the hotel. It was evident that great care is taken to maintain the premises to a high standard. Lastly, the amenities provided, such as the gym and restaurant, were top-notch and greatly contributed to my overall satisfaction. Thank you for providing such a pleasant stay. I will gladly recommend your hotel to others.

Its a total mess -I booked a family suite -first impressions bad -person checking me in would not give me second key card-explained my friends all Indonesian would go out night time etc-just reply " Management policy" -got to room its not a Hotel its a "Cow Shed" -a total disgusting place -kitchen just fridge -no stove -no nothing -balcony locked and totally delapidated -hard to imagine how this is called a Hotel -hard to imagine how CTRTIP after being their Diamond Member 17 years-yes 17 years -lived and worked in China a long time hard to imagine how Ctrip treating me this way -DISGUSTING - but "Hotel" a dump -just for low spending Chinese -they are just exploiting this market - but good ending checked out after 15 minutes -dont want to stay in cow shed -Ctrip sadly and of course "management" -still wont give me my money back -stupid decision -but please book if you want to offend your friends -want to have animals stay etc.-but an really truly awful place

It’s our transit hotel before we fly to Yogyakarta. Good location, near Taman Anggrek. Price is not reasonable.
