The reception staff are very helpful, we required a toaster in the room and one was easily provided.
The room was the right size for our one night before their shuttle bus dropped us off to the airport.

Clean and spacious room just 5min from Melbourne Airport. Free shuttle bus was dispatched to pick us up within 15min. Good breakfast variety with eggs, mushroom, bacon, tomatoes, sausages/ham, bread, pastries, cereal, and yogurt.

The check-in process was efficient and welcoming, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed. The room was impeccably clean, well-appointed, and surprisingly quiet given its location. I appreciated the modern amenities and comfortable bed, which made for a restful stay.

Efficiently picked up at MEL airport in comfortable van, taken to hotel reception, received by courteous helpful receptionist in a modern elegant reception area, bags taken to room and settled in to a modern, clean and comfortable room. Freezing Melbourne weather outside but warm and comortable inside. The only drawback is no restaurant at weekends but plenty of options in the neighbourhood, otherwise why would you want to stay anywhere else ?

All complete and near to Melbourne Airport. My family stay for one day before our departure early morning. They have 24 hrs shuttle to airport. It very convenient.

Excellent service.surroundings were quiet and refreshing. Excellent housekeeping services and facilities provided in room was above my expectations.Delicious food and free drop off to airport.over all excellent and highly recommend to everyone visiting Melbourne.👍.

Excellent location based on requirements. Close to airport and room, although small was comfortable. It was a place to crash and feel relaxed for an early morning flight o/seas.
