Corra Lynn

Another fabulous stay at the Corra Lynn. Beautifully laid out, clean rooms with comfortable beds and room 3 with the added bonus of a bath and overhead shower. Tea and coffee tray in the room and can be replenished daily. Parking space and a bus stop around the corner for the x4 and yellow tour bus. 5-10 minute walk into town. Michelle and Simon have some great recommendations for eateries and things to do. Still the best breakfast I’ve ever had and can’t wait for my next visit. By far the best b&b I’ve had the pleasure to stay in, in Whitby - see you again soon!

Short stay of 2 nights in room 2. Easy contactless checkin. Overall a nice room, not over keen on the layout but just my opinion. Really comfortable bed, lovely modern shower room with top class toiletries. Tea & coffee making facilities, and mini fridge. Wall fitted bedside lamps, but no light bulbs in, (tiny lamp on one bedside cabinet that didn't give much light out) so if you wanted to sit and read in bed you had to have the main light on, also could do with a blind on the window as well as the curtains due to the close proximity of the other rooms windows. They had blinds but this one didn't. Great breakfast with plenty of choice. Corra Lynn is in a great position, one way straight down the hill to the town centre, other direction short walk to the Whale bones. Great that you had a parking space. Highly recommended.

My husband and I recently stayed at the Corra Lynn in Whitby. Simon and Michelle were wonderful hosts. We stayed in room 3 which had a wonderfully comfortable bed and we especially loved the colourful artwork! It was a decent sized room, with a shower over the bath and a wall-mounted television with a lovely sofa. You order a create your own English breakfast, which was delicious. And a plus point with this B&B is having a parking spot guaranteed! Will certainly book here again.

Staying at Corra Lynn was the best B&B experience I've ever had. The location was perfect and guaranteed parking took the stress out of arrival. Michelle and Simon were warm, genuine, attentive hosts and it's clear how much hard work and pride they take in their business. Nothing was too much trouble during our stay and they made the whole process, from booking online to checking out, simple and stress free. We stayed in room 6, which as the website clearly states, is one of the more compact rooms, however, we managed perfectly well staying for four nights. Our room was clean and modern and had everything you needed, including a fan which was much appreciated due to the weather being particularly humid during our stay! Breakfast was fantastic, offering a tasty, quality meal which set us up for the day and again Michelle, Simon and Carys always went above and beyond, ensuring we were well looked after. Our experience staying here was an absolute joy and now we have found this lovely little gem it will certainly be my first choice should I stay in Whitby in the future. I cannot recommend it highly enough and if you are thinking of booking, please do, you will not be disappointed.

Fabulous hosts. Couldn't do enough to help you. Made to feel very welcome. Clean smart rooms. Great facilities. Easy access to the town and harbour. Great location. Tasty Full English breakfast with great products. Would Highly recommend.

booked last minute beautiful room with tea and coffee facilities and more readily available at reception. lovely breakfast cooked to order. had time slots so wasn't too busy and couldn't pick time convenient to you. bonus was parking outside hotel. wouldn't hesitate to visit again lovely hosts
