Extended Stay America Select Suites - Wichita - Airport

My wife and I must say that this hotel is more than great! The staff here really takes great care of our needs. I am most impressed with the staff Tauris and Tonya. Out of all places to get rooms we travel across town to come here. Yes we could get cheaper rooms but cheaper isn't always better. If your looking for a quiet, friendly atmosphere this is were to go. Because of Tourism and Tonya I can honestly say that Extended Stay in Wichita Kansas by the airport on Taft Street will be seeing a whole lot of us now .

Amazing staff Taurus is awesome cleaning staff clean my room really well and the front desk is amazing keep doing what you are doing and fly straight this is amazing I will be come back every single time and even Mario the guy that supposed to work on rooms is doing great

My wife and I checked in sometime in February and stayed until Sometime in May. Dispute all the different thing we seen go on at the Woodsprings Airport we stayed because of the cheap rates and just minded our own business. Let's start with Walking around outside the building, parking lot and little pond they have, you can find various different used syringes, empty dope bags and the occasional used condom. There were always at least a half a dozen or more cars in the parking lot with people sitting in them for hours at a time smoking **** or meth or whatever else they were doing. The housekeeping was absolutely horrible. I think in the time we stayed there I seen the hallways get mopped maybe three times. The parking lot never got picked up empty beer bottles and whiskey bottles and crap like that all over the place. There's a truck broken down pickup truck in the back lot with flat tires and expired tags that sat there the whole time we were there. I see other reviews talking about the smells, oh yes the smells. Some of the smells are undescribable and quite different from one floor to the next. In the time we stayed there we got moved from the third floor down to the first floor the room that they gave us on the first floor had half eaten sandwich in the refrigerator. Not to mention the move itself we were paid up for the third floor and they made us move anyway because they double booked the room and we were the ones that had to move. I can't tell you how many times the cops were there in the time that we stayed there. There was one incident with a staff member and ex-husband or boyfriend a gun and some children that were being changed custody. So the end of my little rant here we were asked to leave had a week left paid up and asked to leave because the front manager supposedly seen somebody at our door in the hallway past something and she just swore that it was ***** so she made us leave. No refund for the week that we had left even though she told me that she would refund it. After we got moved out and I called back to ask about our refund she said that there was $250 worth of damage done to the room. The most damage we done to that room was thumbtacking a calendar to the wall. I am really really not sure why people don't see all of these bad reviews and take this into consideration yeah this is not just the opinion objective opinion of people these are true facts going on at the woodsprings suites airport Wichita. Eyewitness accounts. I am really not sure how they are getting any good reviews on here or anywhere.
