Premier Inn Ashford Central

After a very loud extractor fan as we walked into our room it was sorted promptly and we were moved next door. Excellent customer service, lovely room and for £50 for the night can’t complain! Beds good condition and comfortable. Would come again.

Stayed here prior to travelling to Europe. Close to Le Shuttle ample parking with easy access to hotel foyer. Rooms clean, warm and comfy but we had a very disturbed night due to noisy neighbours. Whilst not premier inns problem better soundproofing would help. Started our European trip off tired which defeated the object of staying here and being rested. Good value for money. WiFi is not free beyond 30 mins.

I have, over the years, stayed here on numerous occasions. It has always been a pleasant stay for the price paid, and the rooms have always been clean and suitable for ones needs However, on this occasion, I have been extremely disappointed . I stayed for 2 nights . Room 120 . The carpet in that particular room has holes in it, and the curtains are also thread bear . The window top was filthy, and the room smelt unpleasant . I sprayed it with my perfume, so at least it was a little more pleasant. Thank goodness I left first thing in the morning and returned late at night . I'm afraid that unless a serious upgrade is given to this place, you will end up losing customers. I certainly won't be returning anytime soon and will certainly enquire if any improvements have been made before booking . I have stayed in many premier inns, and this particular one has really let the side down .

Dated and in need of some serious work and cleaning Check in was slow with only 1 person at the desk with 10 people waiting Room 219 where I stayed for 1 night had mould round the window...stained seat...cracked tiles and both wall and desk lights in need of attention ( see photos)

Good location for visiting Ashford and other areas. Ample parking, bar restaurant on site. Clean rooms. Staff professional, friendly & very helpful

The hotel was difficult to find and looks like a prison camp - no imagination al all given to its design. The sign over the door doesn't say 'welcome'. It's tatty and the paint is peeling. Having said that, the staff were, as always at Premier, welcoming and professional. We were fortunate to stay in a relatively new annex and the rooms were in excellent condition. The evening dining experience was NOT GOOD. The nearby restaurant 'French Connection' was shabby and the food was bland and overcooked. Breakfast was much better.
