The comfort and wellbeing of all guests is hugely important to all of us here at Rookery Hall, I am sorry that you have been unwell and I can see that a senior member of our team called you directly to offer assistance on receiving the email about your sickness. Please be assured that we take any allegation of food poisoning very seriously and because of this we work with a specialist health and safety company to ensure they are investigated to the highest standard. We have received no other reports of sickness from guests dining with us on the day of your visit but I can see that the health and safety company has contacted you to request additional information and that their investigation is currently ongoing. Please be assured that we would never ignore guest emails and that the health and safety company will contact you with a full response as soon as they have completed their review.
