I love this pet friendly hotel! They are all very kind. The rooms are spacious. The breakfast buffet was good but I wish it had more vegan friendly items like tofu. There is a shop nearby to buy items. The room has a kitchenette. I was able to cook. There was also area to walk my dog. The best perk is the Starbucks that is so close by! My dog loved sleeping on the couch and the bed. Housekeeping did a great job. This is a great place to stay in Wuxi.

Modena hotel is a great hotel for short business trips. Soft, clean beds. Clean shower with endless hot water and both a spray and rainfall shower heads. Located next to a Papa John’s and Starbucks. Also next to the Wuxi ecological park for nice walks. Breakfast was ok, but did enough. For the price of the hotel, it was a great stay..

Nice, clean and big rooms with helpful & friendly staff. Breakfast is on the average side.

房間很乾凈，最喜歡小肥皂味道很好聞，整體房型很好隔音也很好，泡個澡非常舒服，性價比很高。！！！！！！！！

每個週末我們都會帶着狗狗出來度假，享受一下，這次選擇一下公寓，但是説實話這家公寓我不是很滿意，設施有些陳舊，雖然房間還可以，比較寬敞，但是裏面的設施有些陳舊了，沒有温馨的家庭感覺，雖然可以做飯，但是電磁爐熱的非常慢，沒辦法滿足烹飪的條件，早餐也不算豐富，熱菜種類少，尤其是肉菜類，需要改進，整體來説一般般，不算最差，但是距離好還有標準，建議多學習一下雅詩閣公寓

帶着寵物出遊，酒店的選擇面會窄很多。在綜合了各個維度後選擇了這家酒店。無錫寵物友好的酒店不多，這家應該是性價比最高的了吧。

前台人員都非常不專業，處理客户需求非常慢，有時候堆了三四個人在那顯得很忙，但不知道都在忙些什麼…

首先，酒店的地理位置超級棒，交通超級便利，出門就有地鐵站和公交站，簡直是為旅行者量身打造的。而且，酒店的設施也超級齊全，房間乾淨整潔，床鋪舒適得讓人一躺上去就不想起來啦～ 再來説説服務吧，酒店的服務人員態度超級好，總是面帶微笑，讓人感覺賓至如歸。他們總是很熱情地為我們提供各種幫助，讓我們在旅途中感受到了家的温暖。

再次入住，也許是有點年頭了，雖然電梯面板寫着無煙樓層，底下就插着一根煙頭很諷刺，一打開電梯一股煙味瀰漫在樓道間，估計客人素質就介樣，酒店不敢得罪客人也不敢説吧！希望酒店能進步，下次還是會考慮入住。
