Excellent location in Xi'an, just outside the old city walls. The area has lots of shops, malls, restaurants close by, and the metro is about 2 blocks away. The studio is super cute, very clean, comfortable and perfectly equipped with everything you need, and WiFi is available. Great for solo travellers or a couple. The host was very friendly, approachable and responsive via WeChat.

Dotato di ogni servizio e molto luminoso, è stato la base perfetta per riposare dopo le lunghe giornate trascorse a visitare le attrazioni turistiche. A disposizione degli ospiti ci sono una cucina attrezzata, una lavatrice (indispensabile per chi come noi ama viaggiare leggero e non ha ricambi infiniti) e tè e caffè per la colazione. Teddy è un host gentile e super disponibile. La comunicazione è sempre stata agile e veloce. Super raccomandato! The apartment is located just outside Xi’an’s walls, near the metro station, a perfect location to visit the city! The house is equipped with everything you need and is really bright (there’s a big window next to the bed with a view of the city). It’s the perfect base for resting after a long day walking around Xi’an. At your disposal there are a fully equipped kitchen, a washing machine (perfect if you like light packing and don’t have infinite clothes) and tea & coffee for breakfast. Teddy is a kind and helpful host. The communication is easy and he’s fast responding. Highly recommended!

This is the second time i've stayed with Teddy. And once again, it's been a wonderful experience, Teddy is a great host and his rooms are always exceptionally clean and superbly located. I would recommend teddy's apartment to anyone traveling to xi'an. Not only is he friendly and welcoming. His apartments are almost a work of art and very well appointed.

Really nice and cozy studio with everything you need for a comfortable stay. It was very easy to communicate with Teddy. He speaks excellent English and he is extremely helpful. The apartment is very close to the subway and to the Southern gates. The check in process was very easy. There is a place downstairs if you need to leave your luggage. Overall it was a very good experience. Thank you
