I only stayed 1night but the value for money on this is amazing! I waited in the lobby til they open for checkin. Allowed me to leave my luggage while I checked out the mall. The lobby is big and relaxing. The room is so spacious and they put me up on 24th flr with an amazing view! It is clean and have amenities offered. Very close to metro and connected to mall.

We really enjoy our stay in Novotel. The metro station is just 2 minutes away (around 5 metro station from all the famous temples), taxi to the Bell tower takes around 10 minutes in the morning and cost only 8¥. Room was really clean and had everything what we needed. The stuff was really nice 😊

This Novotel Xian Hotel is in a very strategic location near the MRT station, next to a mall and surrounded by restaurants and grocery stores. Love this place. Overall the service is good, there are only a few comments: * if you like going to karaoke or going to the cinema, then you will like the dimly lit room theme with very minimal lighting, unfortunately my family and I are not comfortable with minimal room lighting, the room is dark. * If you like going to the SPA to soak in hot and cold water, then you will like the unstable condition of the hot water for bathing (shower) because it sometimes flows hot and cold water alternately. Unfortunately, my family and I don't like going to SPA, so this condition is a little annoying. * The thing that is very disturbing is that THE ROOM HAVE NO AC (Air Conditioner)... I have asked the staff, the information is that the AC facilities have not been activated in April, and please open a small window if the room feels hot. I thought it was April Fool's Day, but it turned out that staying 3 nights without AC made me sleep uncomfortable because it was hot even though the window was open, not to mention the noise of traffic at night which disturbed my sleep. Maybe I was careless in not reading the information when booking this room, but it seems I didn't find clear information that there were no AC facilities in April. This is the first time in my life that I have stayed in a 4 star hotel or above that doesn't have AC, LOL. My advice to potential guests is to be careful if you want to book this hotel, better check and recheck. Breakfast so so, you can try Xian traditional food here.

Good location, a 20 minute walk east of the ancient city wall. Conveniently attached to a mall. Room was large with comfortable bed. Soundproofing could be better, the guests around us were all noisy one night.

Candy Tang, one of the Front Desk staff, she was so professional, sleek and very customer friendly, especially that I am a foreigner and my Chinese Language is limited. very quiet room, floor and surroundings. My special requests were granted since it is not peak season. The rooms and bathrooms are spot on and amenities inside the room works and their Wi-Fi connection speed is great! Overall, five star rating to this Hotel! Strongly recommended.

Clean and modern hotel at a very reasonable price. There is a metro stop nearby too.

Жил в режиме утром ушел, вечером пришел. Чисто, недорого. Чай, кофе, вода в наличии. Помогли ночью с вызовом такси. Желание помочь присутствовало. Хотя может стоило попробовать заказать с Алипэй. 146 юаней обошлось до аэропорта. В 5-00. В общем причин быть недовольным нет. 

酒店的旁邊就是西安新興廣場，基本商店在旁邊是有的，而交通鄰接地鐵站也算是不錯的選擇，房間衞生滿意但天冷時空調未能有暖氣。

設施：相對舊了一點 衞生：比較乾淨 環境：還行 服務：服務比較熱情 一點就是便宜 ，離地鐵近。很方便。確實對於出行又不想花費太多的話是非常合適

酒店位置好找，周邊有漢堡王和盒馬。房間裏衞生乾淨，設施有些舊，房間不隔音，晚上各種隔壁的聲音，睡眠質量堪憂，周圍居民區交通亂一些，服務周到會及時添加需要的物品

總體來説還不錯，離西安北站地鐵45分鐘左右，離大雁塔，鐘樓，大唐不夜城等打車20多元。但是離五星水準似乎有不少差距，首先在服務上，跟隨後我們入住的老牌標準五星差距非常明顯，即使跟亞朵相比也有一定差距，其次在設施上，沒有泳池 沒有掛他機，送東西都很遲緩，另外早餐品種不太多，真的衹能算一般般。但是大廳裝修很不錯，有榻榻米的房間還是不錯的，榻榻米相當於是個獨立空間，孩子很喜歡，入住首日沒歡迎水果跟前台提出後又補送了牛奶和堅果。總體來説還不錯，可以符合四星入住的標準

不到200住Novotel 超值 雖然沒有鐘樓商圈附近方便 魚和熊掌不可兼得 房間蠻大 外地面清潔下或許更好 位置方便

首先酒店位置優越，交通便利附近就是地鐵三號線離酒店約100米，位置很好繁華附近就是盒馬，酒店免停車，大廳簡潔大氣有畫廊，我老婆拍了好多照片，真不錯呀！有輕音樂可以聽，喝個咖啡，談談心，時光流逝的很舒服。前台橙汁也非常不錯（就是經常口口堵住，哈哈！不前台效率非常高，我剛反饋就處理好了！十分周到，黃油服務很不錯（為什麼要叫黃油呢？那麼可愛的小姐姐👧，房間採光非常好，房間明亮，安靜，衞生非常乾淨，床墊很舒服，房間出水快非常快，水温也好，網速也比較快，辦公方便，房間阿姨打掃衞生的話也比較乾淨。房間大。強力推薦！
