The biggest issue is that when breakfast time at 8am seat is enough but food some how left 20% and could.not recover fast enough ....so not much choice of food was given 2nd the restaurant in the hotel dont operate on monday n tuesday and I dont understand why ...it's actually causes us to.run out for other places to.eat

Okay, but much better options exist if you have the money and book in advance. First of all, its a separate class of hotel situated within the very same Marriot (which is higher end), so consider this a class below the actual Marriot. The exit is separate, and leads mostly to nowhere, and you will most likely enter the real Marriot part of the building at first, but thankfully staff knows this is a common mistake and leads you through a small hallway of about 200m to the other reception where you will be greeted by just as professional staff. They don't include any toiletries but will deliver them swiftly to the room door if you need any, I guess its ecological, in their mind, but practically..ultimately pointless and saves no one's time and energy. The room itself is a bit of a step down from regular 4* chain hotels - the size, the leather on the furniture is torn and worn a bit, and it shows its age and class. There are similarly priced competitors within the same 1-2km range, who do a much better job, plus better view, for a few bucks more. It should be priced a bit lower in order to be a good deal and vibe for the money. Ultimately an okay hotel, no one will be disappointed, but the value to me just isn't there, and the real Marriot is in the same building, but you are getting the cheaper version of it, watered down.

Very nice, sea view is so cool. The staff at front desk are very friendly. I like swimming pools, it’s very beautiful. But the lobby is so hot, too bad.

The hotel is great , the staff are very helpful and friendly. My only problem is that the hotel is a bit far and not on the island but besides that it’s great !

房間非常大，面朝大海。關鍵還是朝南的，太陽曬進來非常舒服。前台linda服務特別細緻和周到。唯一不好的是大堂不明顯和萬豪大堂很容易搞錯。雖然是公用的。

和家人一起出來玩 最開始還走錯酒店了 當時拿了可多行李了 一進門Frank就看到了給我們推了個車拿行李 一路到辦入住地方 還給我們拿了幾瓶水喝 也正好非常渴Aria小姐姐幫我們升級了房間很感謝

房間很棒，還升級了海景房！ 特別感謝下Cindy，Ruby，Hani三位小姐姐，貼心的送了點心和水果~

適合商務出行，去海滄客户很方便。設施維護新，晚餐和隔壁萬豪共享，非常好吃

一個叫Lucy Zhou的女服務前台 一臉欠她錢的樣子 別人的服務都很好 就她臭着一張臉 我好心好意跟她打聲招呼 態度巨差 真的加強一下服務吧 臉招呼都不打以為你是誰呢 這是萬豪該有的服務嗎 房間設施還行 就是花灑有些舊了 建議更換

整體100分我給99！服務真的超級好！ 海景房景色特別好 整體配套設施齊全 有露天泳池 健身房 瑜伽室 情況允許的前提下找小羅！態度超級好還贈送了飲品卷 晚上在大堂吧吃的沙茶麪 配菜超級豐富 就是麪很硬跟服務人員反饋後要送軟飲我拒絕了 不好意思不付錢拿東西 走到大廳的時候服務人員追出來送的小蛋糕🧁！有被重視到！萬怡也是越來越好了！
