The hotel is in the middle of island which can be advantageous or disadvantageous depends on your requirement. Rooms were clean and breakfast was very good. But I was a bit disappointed to see that, there was a small glass jar of “sweets to try”, when I opened it, it was all eaten and empty plastic wrapping were left inside. It kind of disgusting to see that waste was left on table and I reached into something which was touched,eaten and discarded by others.

The front desk service is friendly. The room is clean and tidy. The breakfast variety have been improved. Except for the coffee bean provided still at low grade and not aromatic enough. Hope the management to look into it. Thanks

Location is excellent. Plenty of food options just across the road, KTV is nearby, subway station 5 minutes away. Hotel staff were very efficient and warm.

Great location - adjacent to a subway station. I had to lodge a request for the refund of the deposit of RMB 500, unlike the automatic immediate refund on the same day of check out. of many other hotels get immediate refund on the same day of check out.I’m yet to receive the refund from Hilton Xiamen. On a separate matter, the shower basin was leaking. I had to use the robe to absorb water leaked from the shower basin.

Very well located hotel in the city centre, room a bit small and outdated, but still quite decent. Perfect to stay a couple of days.
