I enjoyed staying in Miramar Hotel - Xiamen, China on 12/02 - 03, 2024 with my TW friend CJ. I will recommend it to everyone. We had a wonderful time :)! Thank you for their 5 Stars hospitalble service to valued customers.

Hotel located in the Huli Industrial area, quiet suburb away from the hustle and bustle. Suitable for families and business travellers. Rooms are reasonably sized and clean. Breakfast spread is good and tasty.

Great hotel as always. Just missing a laundry room for travellers with smaller budget.

The Hotel staff is friendly and helpful. Room is not very big but is clean.

At Check in I managed to get the room I wanted and from there it was a pleasant stay . The staff are courteous . Just needed to explain what I was expecting and there were no difficulty

overall was a good stay. rooms feels small and the sound proof is not so good so you can hear people talking along the corridor

Though it is a dated hotel, the service and attudes of the staffs were great. Very personal service and they will make you feel very welcomed. Actually I stayed here on my birthday and they quickly noticed and the manager arranged a little cake and a card for me with a handwritten note. It meant a lot when I was away from my family . The room I stayed was nice and quiet. Japanese restaurant was as great as when I visited here 20plus years ago. I was also watching concierges greeting people come in, there were genuine welcoming culture here. I will probably stay here again.

提前定的820元含雙早，竟然 比臨近價格還貴幾十塊錢！比平時價格翻了一倍吧。 離機場打車二十分鐘左右吧！ 周邊沒什麼商業，有一個步行街晚上有賣夜宵的。 感覺像是老國企五星酒店，有歡迎水果，一個傾斜的窗户感覺房間很侷促，布草很舒服。 早餐68一位 非常拉胯，沒啥可吃的，不建議單獨購買，不信的可以嘗試下，絕對後悔。 整體不推薦！

很老的酒店，衞生太差了，毛巾的黑黑的，打開后里面有毛，噁心到了！ 牀頭櫃壓了一塊玻璃，沒有護角條，把我腿劃破了，酒店沒有任何錶示，説很抱歉，然後把牀頭櫃挪了一邊，把沒有護角條的那頭轉到了靠牆那邊，真是無語了，避雷這家酒店吧！ 過年你跟風漲價，服務和設施都沒跟上！

到廈門出差必住的酒店，大廳餐廳沒有什麼特別的變化，但是房間都有重新裝修過了，設施都有更新，中秋風格簡約大氣，房間乾淨整齊舒適，重點是工作人員特別的熱情服務周到👍👍👍

春節驚魂！廈門美麗華酒店驚現血漬床單，反誣顧客惡意抹黑！ 大年初二，我滿懷期待入住廈門美麗華酒店，卻經歷了一場噩夢。次日清晨掀開被褥，赫然發現床單、被套上殘留多處血跡，觸目驚心！當即聯繫前台，對方態度惡劣且反誣：“你們把床單弄成這樣，我們就不跟你計較了” 多次交涉後，一名主管模樣的員工到場，直接推責：“我們查了衞生打掃記錄，每個房間都有更換，且有視頻記錄”未做任何調查便反咬顧客，令人寒心。我們要求調取視頻自證清白，對方卻無理由拒絕。 更諷刺的是，酒店最終僅提出“換房+送果盤”了事，對衞生問題避而不談。作為一家四星酒店，床品清潔流程形同虛設，事後推諉甩鍋的嘴臉更讓人作嘔！春節本應賓至如歸，卻淪為花錢買罪受。 床單血漬背後，暴露的是酒店管理的徹底失序 1. 床品未做到一客一換，基礎衞生保障缺失； 2. 員工缺乏職業培訓，遇客訴先潑臟水； 3. 應急預案為零，危機處理全靠耍無賴。 此刻我們已向12315及衞生監管部門投訴，並保留法律追責權利。曝光此事不為賠償，衹求提醒更多遊客：選擇酒店務必擦亮雙眼，留存證據！若縱容此類無良商家，誰還敢安心入住？ 廈門美麗華酒店，你欠消費者一個交代！ （附現場拍攝血跡照片及入住憑證）

因為拜訪的客户公司就在美麗華酒店不遠的自貿區，所以選擇入住這個酒店。雖然入住的樓層不高，但房間性價比超級高。一進大堂就被精心佈置的春節氛圍深深吸引🤩很用心。房間的面積不是特別大，但空間設計很合理，喜歡有張沙發和茶几可泡茶，衞生間競然配上TOTO衞洗麗。早餐也很豐富，還在明檔吃了碗熱騰騰的肉更湯。

房間設施乾淨整潔，特別精緻。推薦👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 早餐品種多，還有現煮的麪食。 這個季節來很舒服，也特別喜歡餐廳後面的這個小花園，吃完早餐再來一杯咖啡，特別愜意。😊
