We stayed here on 7/17/24 in room 425. The room was clean, the beds were comfortable and it was a quiet stay. The room has fridge no freezer, microwave and coffee maker. The water pressure was very good and there was plenty of counter space in the bathroom. The breakfast was one of the best we have had at a Fairfield Inn. The hotel is 10 years old but looks much newer, it has been well maintained. The internet was slow, even for just web surfing and checking email. The staff were friendly and efficient. There are several dining options (Loiue's Grill ex) within walking distance. We would stay here again.

We've stayed here several times over the years. The front desk staff are dependable. The beds are good, as is breakfast. Safe location with lots of shopping nearby. Easy on off from the highway. It's getting near time where the hotel will be needing a "refresh".

This was one of the best Fairfield Inns I have ever stayed at and I have stayed at many. The staff were outstanding from the welcoming front desk staff to the friendly woman working the breakfast area. The room was also spotless as was the rest of the hotel. If I am ever in Yukon, I would definitely stay here again.

Was double charged for a one room, one night stay. Have called three times in order to have the matter addressed/resolved and have one of the charges reversed. During call one on a Wednesday evening was told it would be handled by the general manager and the credit should be seen the next day on Thursday. During call two the next day on Thursday evening was told the matter would be given priority and handled the next morning on Friday. During call three on Friday afternoon was told that the general manager was gone for the weekend and that the earliest the credit could be given was Monday. This is bad business.

Nice room and quiet hotel. However, the decor and furnishing need updating. Convenient location right off the freeway. Close to some good restaurants and shopping. Very well lit parking lot. Felt safe in the entire area.

Really nice hotel, I stay here because I’m working on the town for a week Really clean hotel They have good breakfast Hot stuff and very clean The rooms are big you have a lot space on it They clean every 2 days what is good They are in a really good area a lot of restaurants and shops

Yukon Fairfield had everything right! We chose this town and location on a one night stopover on our way home! From the front desk sweet Mrs Sweet! She was very welcoming and helpful and so friendly! That's the way we all should be greeted! The hotel lobby was so clean upon arrival! Our king size room was the perfect size. Again the room was so clean & had everything we needed. The shower doors were so clean that I actually thought the door was open on the one side & walked into it, I kid you not! Lol The shower was roomy & great water pressure. The bed was soo comfortable as well as the room temperature without the noise of certain hotel units. Had a microwave, mini fridge & coffee maker. Lots of outlets. Free breakfast with many choices. Seemed like a newer hotel! Great staff! Great location in a really cool neat town!

Was driving in from Colorado and need to stop the night to rest . Saw this place . The front desk was nice. The room needs updating , bed hard , sheet were itching , I think I got a few bug bites . Would not stay again . Breakfast was average ..

I stayed for about a month. The staff are super friendly, the hotel is clean. I had been overcharged, (most likely my mistake on checking in), and the manager aplogized and adjusted to our agreed upon rate right away. I do not think it was his, or the hotels fault, but they still helped me out. There was coffee almost all the time at the lobby. housekeeping does a great job. It's not a 5 star experience because there are little things that aren't exceptional, like the door to the shower had exposed screws from it being moved so many times. the shower was beautiful, modern, and very clean, so I'm not complaining, I'm just pointing out a single minor thing. air conditioning ran very well. I was super impressed. and especially so with the General manger. he has been running this hotel for the many years I've stayed here and he is good. recommend. lots of food choices, and not too far from the airport, which is where i was on business.
