We were pleasantly surprised how good this accommodation was, we were greeted at check in and made to feel vauled, lovely room to suit our needs, it was relatively close to the beach and had a supermarket straight opposite which was very handy for cold beers and provisions. Lots of restaurants just a short walk away. €8 in an Uber to old town zadar and €15 to the airport. Thank you to the family who owned the accommodation you really made our stay 😃 X

I often don’t come by a five star hotel with so many reviews and after visiting the Petra’s apartments, I understand why. Stipe and his family are very welcoming, kind, and accommodating. Upon arrival, my friend and I were hours before check in. During this time, Stipe took us to a local cafe where we got to know each other and Zadar. After, he let us store our bags, gave us towels, and cushioned beach mats so we could rest on the beach while our room was getting cleaned. During our stay we had a problem with the shower not draining. When we brought up our concerns they fixed it immediately. Beyond their stellar accommodations, the location is great. The apartments are a five minute walk from the beach and bus station. There’s also a market right across the street. This wonderful family-owned property is a must when coming to Zadar. The care and concern Stipe and his family have for their guests is one of the reasons we had such an amazing time on our trip. Thank you all again for a lovely stay!

Definitely the spot to come back to.Apartments got everyone one needs.Perfect view and atmosphere. Owner is very kind and welcoming person.Located in a great spot for best beaches.Center is close too.

This was our first time in Zadar and these apartments were the icing on the cake. We fell in love with Zadar but it’s the people you meet that make you want to return. A huge thank you to the staff & Stipe (owner) for their warm welcome. Your time, generosity and knowledge was very much appreciated. The apartments have a huge balcony and well equipped with everything you need. Within walking distance to a bakers, shops, cafes, bars and restaurants. The beach front bar in Diklo Beach area was our fave. if you like walking (we do) Lidl takes 40 mins each way and 50 mins each way to Zadar centre. Zadar is just stunning and we can’t wait to return later in the season. 11 days was just not long enough.

Mitigé car le lieu avait l'air décrit comme merveilleux, et franchement....bah, on est tombé de haut. Alors, oui, ça suffit pour une nuit, mais si on cherche un peu plus, on trouve mieux, et pour le même prix. Les chambres sont toutes petites (pas de place pour deux valises), heureusement que la terrasse est là. Salle d'eau moyenne (pas de gel douche ou shampoing fourni - c'était d'ailleurs le seul logement sur les 5 à ne pas en avoir), et pas de sèche cheveux (peut être à l’accueil, c’est vrai que nous n'avons pas demandé) Plus de petit déjeuner! Nous l'avons appris en arrivant et même pas avant alors qu'on avait envoyé un mail 48h avant comme demandé lors de la réservation... Alors, oui, y a une petite supérette juste en face mais bon....on avait payé pour... La personne qui nous a reçu par contre était très gentil et nous a donné de petits conseils sur les lieux et resto aux alentours. Pour aller au centre du vieux Zadar, oubliez y aller à pieds, trop loin, prenez la voiture, le parking Ravince de Zadar est gratuit et juste à côté de la porte de la Terre en traversant le joli petit parc. Bref, sympa sûrement avant...
