Plaza Pallas

體驗感不是很好的一間。酒店可能是在島上，wifi信號不好，房間沒有空調遙控器，還得去前台拿，好多小昆蟲，例如蚊子，蜘蛛，總體不太乾淨

What a fantastic experience, spot on location, every guest were made to feel so welcomed and special by the staff and the owners. The rooms and facilities are excellent. We had half board, the food is exceptional, every night a different menu. I cannot speak highly of this hotel, I will be coming back next year for sure. I would like to thank all the staff at the Plaza Pallas for making our holiday special

This is our 2nd visit to this hotel since our last visit it has had a refurbishment including the pool and it looks fantastic. The room we stayed in was on the second floor with great views over the pool the room was big ,we had twin beds which were very comfortable and same goes for the pillows, it had a settee in and a big stool , fridge, tea and coffee making facilities in the room . They was space to hang your clothes , tv and the bathroom was big with a walk-in shower . The cleaners were in every day and are a credit to this hotel they did a very good job towels were changed every other day and our beds were changed twice while we was there we stayed 9 days . We was half board and all our meals were at the Olive tree Garden restaurant the staff there was fantastic they greeted you on arrival at the restaurant handed you the menu and drinks menu they always asked how we was and very polite and helpful the meals were hot and very good you got a 3 course dinner so thank you to the chefs for great meals and the restaurant staff for table service . The breakfast was at olive garden too as it’s part of the hotel that was also very nice . The bar that is with this hotel is the Sambucca bar with also great service and very welcoming,the cocktails are very nice and strong not that I drunk them every time as I like mythos too the staff are very friendly and made you feel at home great staff and management . The pool area is lovely and it also had 3 four poster Sun beds which are 20euros a day which are worth it they are very comfortable and relaxing and king size if not bigger we used these twice while we was there as towards the end of our holiday as sun beds had towels on early in morning and some were not used until later on in afternoon so some days we walk to the beach or go on walks along Tsilivi to the Jolly Roger pub and the main stage bar . We would definitely recommend the plaza Pallas and we will be going back again as you could not wish for better staff or management they were all excellent and a credit to the hotel and also it is central to all bars and restaurants and shops and only 10 minutes walk from the beach so thank you plaza Pallas we had a great holiday see you next time

Top place, staff excellent , special mention to the owner Spiros and Theo , too many more to mention by name Moved from another hotel after stumbling on this place , thought we had moved to the Caribbean!!! Food excellent in the restaurant Rooms spacious and spotlessly clean Highly recommend

Very lovely hotel, well kept and rooms are cleaned daily. Nothing here for kids apart from the pool, no kids clubs ect. Food is lovely but takes a while to come out to you, it’s all delicious and worth it. I don’t think I’d stay here with the kids again but would do with just adults.

Thus hotel was spot on hotel was nice and food was good went half board and plenty to go at and friendly staff and near everything and rooms are quit spacious and value for money cant knock this hotel would recommend if you just want a chill out thanks

Just came home from 12 fantastic days in this hotel. The location is great. Near to all the bars and restaurants. Very clean hotel. We were 3 adults sharing a deluxe twin room great size also had a large sofa. Great walk in shower room/bathroom. Lovely friendly staff Room cleaned daily Hopefully will return soon. We booked direct with the hotel excellent service. Love the tortoises and turtles. Nice breakfast not your English fry up staff are really nice. Sambuca bar is great

This hotel is absolutely lovely hotel and food is lovely and the staff can't do enough for you and the manager is very welcoming and friendly can not fault this hotel.The pool is also lovely and clean and the standard of cleaning is fantastic!

This review is based on the star rating of the hotel and what we paid, which we thought was good value for money. The hotel staff are extremely welcoming and went above and beyond to help my family and I. Jet2 had made a mistake with my booking, and had not assigned me to a family room as booked. This was NOT the fault of the hotel. The room that we were allocated did not have enough storage for us. There was one small hanging rail and no drawers. I was getting married in Zante and staying for two weeks, so we had a lot of luggage! The hotel staff, due to Jet2’s error, went out and purchased us an extra clothes rail which we were very grateful for. We did not use the half board much, but the times that we did, the menu was good. We like to eat out in Tsilivi so chose to dine out most nights. The food is a la carte, and is in the olive garden restaurant which is open to paying customers. There was usually a choice of four starters, three salads, four mains etc. It was five courses in total (from memory). The choice for children was great, and not the usual chicken nuggets etc, they had dishes such as chicken souvlaki on the children’s menu. The pool area was great, and we liked to use the VIP Bali beds, which were €10 a day. This meant that our three year old could nap at the pool in comfort. The free sun loungers were plentiful and were padded. The children’s pool was perfect for our daughter and was shaded. It was clean and a good size. The staff in the bar also went above and beyond for us, and were very friendly to us all. The frozen strawberry daiquiris were very nice! The location couldn’t be better if you want to be central to bars and restaurants. Note however that this did result in noise on the evening from passing vehicles, other bars etc, which I could hear from my room. The noise was not from the hotel bar (which had sound proofing) it was from another bar / passing cars etc. My only criticism would be that the room we were assigned (the junior suite) lacked storage. I did go into family members rooms and there were no issues with their rooms, so check the room if you are a family. I will accept that I do not travel light, which did not help the situation. Once you deduct flight prices and transfers, we paid £100 per night for this hotel (for three of us), so if you were to use the half board (which is restaurant qualify food) you would have very good value for money. If we were to stay here again, it would need to be in the family room so that we had ample storage and a separate room for our child. Again, this was not the hotels fault. Five minute walk from the beach, and close to some very nice bars and restaurants. The safe is in reception, and rooms are not cleaned daily, but as stated above, this review is based on it being a three star hotel and the price paid.
