The hotel overall was pretty comfortable and relaxing especially the view and the beach was very quiet and eco friendly and would definitely recommend staying there, but the problem was that the movie theater in the hotel was overbooked, although the movie theater being overbooked the hotel itself was very affordable for a hotel like this and would definitely come back here next time.

We had a nice stay at the resort with my wife who was birthday celebration here. Like every resort, it’s composed of hardware (buildings and equipment) and software (people in services) The resort is equipped very stylishly and corresponds to its group. I was pleasantly surprised by the Christmas decorations. However, I have to highly praise the services of this resort because it makes the real experience of the stay. Let’s start with room service, Mr. Masud and Miraj took great care of our room, really Services at the pool, Mr.Eugene, cooks at the Outsoul grill party, bartenders, breakfast services. All these people contribute to the great impression of our weekly vacation. I apologize to these others, whom I could not remember and we met during our stay. Finally I have one note here- fix those rental bikes, it’s a pain to drive them, especially the black one

Currently staying at this location of Jumeirah, I must express my disappointment in what should have been a luxurious and memorable experience. Jumeirah is known globally as a prestigious chain, yet my experience here has been far from meeting those standards. I came across a comment describing this hotel as "a Ferrari without an engine," and I couldn’t agree more—this analogy perfectly describes the hotel. The hotel features impressive facilities and holds great potential to be outstanding, but it suffers from a significant gap in service and hospitality. In an industry that thrives on creating exceptional experiences, this hotel lacks the most essential ingredient: genuine hospitality. What sets a true luxury hotel apart from a standard 3- or 4-star establishment are the small, thoughtful details. Unfortunately, those are glaringly absent here. Upon entering the room after check-in, there were no personalized touches, no welcome amenities, and nothing that shows an effort to make my stay special. Even the turndown service was uninspiring lacking the elegance and excitement you expect from a high-end property. To make matters worse, the room is missing a nightstand on the other side of the bed, which is the cherry on top of an already subpar experience. It highlights the hotel’s lack of attention to detail and functionality. Additionally, the minibar is not provided unless you specifically request it—and even then, you must go down to the reception and pay a deposit before they supply it. This is an inconvenience that detracts from the seamless and pampered experience one expects from a luxury hotel. It’s clear that cost-cutting measures are in place, and they are very noticeable. This approach severely undermines the luxurious image Jumeirah strives to project. While the physical structure of the hotel is impressive, the lack of attention to detail in service and amenities turns what should have been a grand experience into something ordinary and forgettable. For a brand of this stature, this property is a letdown and does not uphold the reputation associated with the Jumeirah name. There’s a fine line between being a truly luxurious destination and a typical 5-star hotel, and this location sadly falls on the wrong side.

My 5-day stay at Jumeirah Gulf of Bahrain was nothing short of an exceptional experience. It started on arrival when (despite my very early arrival and high weekend occupancy) I could check-in immediately as the Front Desk understood I wanted to work and prepare my presentation for the UN Tourism World Forum on Gastronomy Tourism. As a conference delegate, I really appreciated these benefits: spacious working desk, spacious resort grounds to walk & think, amazingly attentive service, healthy breakfast with vast selection of local Bahraini and regional dishes, perfect gym, and probably the best beach in the Middle East - so serene you get to zone-out and clear the mind undisturbed to prepare you for your conference. Some may say the resort is rather remote but I found it to be a huge plus. Kudos and thank you Jumeirah Gulf of Bahrain!

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to share my experience regarding Mr. Ahmad, who works at the Jumeirah Hotel Spa in Bahrain. During my recent visit, I faced several challenges, including restrictions on entering certain premises while wearing our national dress. Unfortunately, we were also unable to view the facilities of the resort, which was disappointing. Regrettably, I found Mr. Ahmad's level of professionalism to be lacking. His interactions did not meet the expected standards of service associated with a high-end resort like Jumeirah. This experience detracted from our overall visit.
