It’s my best decision to book this hotel during my trip to Zhangjiajie. The hotel is newly built, everything is clean and new. Especially the hairdryer, it’s laifen made my hair dries easily in my busy itinerary. If you’re planning the trip on your own like me, i suggest to contact hotel staffs before you arrive. They can help to plan the best route in exploring zhangjiajie even help us to book tickets in discounted price. I love the hotel staffs so much, everyone are so helpful and friendly makes us feels like home. Even better than any 5 stars hotel out there. Hotel staffs really makes us had a very pleasant stay and great unforgettable memory in zhangjiajie. One thing that might need improve is to add more hanger in laundry area :) other than that, everything else are perfect. I really recommend other tourist to stay in this hotel. I’ll rate it more than 5 stars. Thank you for making us having a pleasant stay

Very warm helpful front desk service and hotel manager. Ever ready smile and helpful when we pass by or need directions.
Room is very clean, spacious, comfortable with excellent view. Greatest joy is the massage chair in my room - really made my day :)
Location is in a quiet but close enough to walk to food and main street. Easily located by Didi anyway.

Incredible hopitality! The boss, Mr Liu is very kind, assisting all aspects including scenic spots recommendations, discounted tickets, etc
The room is spotless clean, good view and overlooking a small creek with women washing their laundries in it....very natural surrounding.
Served very good local produced tea for guests testing, which is surprisingly tasty
You will feel very homely the moment you check in

I had a wonderful experience at Shanyuxi Resort Hotel. The property is beautiful, well-maintained, and offers a very relaxing atmosphere. What truly stood out to me was the staff – they are highly competent, genuinely friendly, and very easy to deal with. Communication was smooth, as several team members speak good English, which made everything much easier.
The rooms are clean, tastefully decorated, and comfortable. The overall vibe of the hotel is peaceful and welcoming.

The hotel is strategically located 10 min by Didi to the East Entrance of the Zhangjiajie National Park.
The staff was nice and careful.
It’s 25 min from ZhangJiaJie West Railway Station.
There is not much do to in this small city of Wulingyuan to be honest. WiFi could be improved as well.

We loved the experience. The hotel is chic, modern and well maintained. The staff were professional and eager to meet our needs. We particularly like the owner who went out of the way to provide the services, whether it was arranging the pickup or upgrade. The hotel is backed up to a creek, which offers the front row scenic view and the privacy. We also love the fact that there was a free laundry on the 5th floor. And the floor to ceiling window invites the entire nature into the spacious and spotless room. We will come back. Thank you.

We had a pleasant stay at 山与溪度假酒店(张家界武陵源森林公园店) from 26 to 28 Nov 2024. The room was spacious, hotel environment is clean and nice and a nice serene view from the room. Hotel location is convenient, less than 10 mins drive to the East entrance. There also shops within a min walk; mini supermarket selling daily necessities, nice drinks, other shops are restaurants, foot massage, etc, Breakfast is simple variety, and yet filing. When we checked out, the boss and lady boss helped us with our luggage to the car. It was very nice of them. Overall it was a good stay.
