Pullman Zhuhai

We are a family of four with a baby 20 months old.  The hotel has arranged a nice baby cot which our baby love it so much.  The rooms are clean, quiet n viewing the streets in Fu Wah Lane.  The beddings are very comfortable and bathroom amenities are using fine branded products.  The location is very good, only a few minutes walk you can find good food and restaurants. We enjoyed the stay and will sure recommend others to come.

Snowy was really nice. She guided us through the entire check-in process. What I like about this hotel is they give you 6 options of pillows to choose from, and the free shoe shine. I have never seen that before in any other hotel stays. There is a huge mall downstairs, with lots of shops and restaurants.Would definitely recommend to come back again

First time at hotel and this place service are outstanding especially the concierge services, the guys were truly amazing and very helpful, one of the best. Room was good, had the view of the shopping areas, seeing people moving about. I do daily exercise and went to gym room, it was neat with good exercise machines but I was disappointed at the cleanliness which must say is quite poor and bad for this standard of hotel. I know the swimming pool is out of used but gym was allowed and there was no one at the receptionists area and there was 4 treadmills but one was broken, have no idea if the management is aware of it. Then in one of the treadmills there are holders for bottles and someone must have finished their breakfast or what and after having fruit they things the fruit waste inside the water holder and the used towels was everywhere on the bench and table. Clearly no one was cleaning it. I stayed for 2 days and 2nd day went guessed what the fruit waste was still in the treadmills holder and it was rotten away so it is true to my understanding no one is cleaning even though there is a cleaning lady, LOL it must be just there for display and no action. Plus the water machine can be used but no cups to use, i wondered if guests is supposed to use their hands for holding water. Then there is the towel, there are only a few small exercise towels outside the receptionist area and there was small swimming large towel i asked the cleaner if they had small ones, she days no, well am thinking why leave large towels when you only have gym room. Well apart from the gym I think it is a great hotel. Plus do clean the gym room.

The location is superb, the exit door is literally leading to a cluster of nice shops and restaurants. Service was super friendly and helpful. Comfy bed and quite rooms. A Pleasure stay overall. ☺️

Great location in case you wish to do shopping and dine around. The twin sharing bed size is relatively spacious. Bathroom is not super big just sufficient and good lighting. This is our second stay at this hotel and will version return in the near future.
