      Operadoras:East Midlands Railway,Thameslink
Informações relacionadas:An earlier fault with the signaling system at Radlett has now been resolved. However, as service recovers, trains running between Luton and London St Pancras International may still be canceled, revised, or delayed by up to 30 minutes. Major disruption is expected until 4:00 PM. A visual disruption map video is now available. East Midlands Railway customer advice: How does this affect my train? It may take some time to run a full Connect service as crew and train sets will be displaced due to the earlier disruption. East Midlands Railway expects a published schedule to resume on the affected routes by 5:00 PM. Intercity services may continue to experience delays in both directions, and some services may be canceled on short notice. How do I get where I need to be? You should continue to travel as originally planned; however, your journey may be delayed by 45 minutes. East Midlands Railway is currently looking at alternative arrangements to keep you moving. Please remember that this can take time and be assured that the team is working tirelessly to arrange this as quickly as possible for you. Customers Traveling on Connect Services East Midlands Railway has a shuttle bus service running between Corby and Kettering. Once customers arrive at Kettering, you can use Intercity services toward London St Pancras International. You can use your original ticket for the substitute buses and our intercity services at no extra cost. Where possible, Intercity services will make additional stops at Wellingborough, Bedford, and Luton Airport Parkway to keep you moving. If you are traveling between Bedford, Luton, Luton Airport Parkway, and London St Pancras International, you can use your original ticket in both directions on Thameslink services at no extra cost. Thameslink customer advice: The signaling fault has been fixed, and trains can now run on all lines through this area once more. Thameslink is now working on returning to schedule. Thameslink services listed below could be delayed by around 30 minutes when traveling through this area in both directions: Luton to Rainham (Kent) Bedford to Brighton / Three Bridges St Albans City and Sutton (Surrey) While they work to get trains and crews back on time, the following service changes will remain in place: Thameslink services that run between Bedford and Three Bridges are reduced. Please use alternative Thameslink services between these stations if your desired train is canceled. Thameslink services that usually run between St Albans City and Sutton are reduced or revised. Please use ticket cross-honoring and alternative Thameslink and Southern services instead to get to where you need to be. These services could be canceled at some stations, meaning you may have to change trains more than usual or wait on the platform for longer. Please allow an extra 45 minutes for your travel between these areas. You should also check station information screens, trip planners, or speak to a staff member if you require more information. Ticket Acceptance Your ticket can be used at no extra cost on the following services: East Midlands Railway between Bedford and London St Pancras International London Buses between Sutton and Elstree & Borehamwood London Trams between Wimbledon and East Croydon London Underground between London Terminals South Western Railway between Wimbledon and London Waterloo Alternative Southern and Thameslink Services Please consider how using ticket cross-honoring could affect your travel time when planning. Planning your journey: You can view live departure boards and a live map of the network. You can also use an alternative route guide. If you're traveling in the London area, you can plan journeys on alternative routes by using the TfL Trip Planner. You can also use the Thameslink app to find up-to-date information. Can you tell me more about the incident? This part of the network uses track circuits to detect trains. If a circuit fails, the system may think a train is still there, blocking others from moving forward. Drivers must stop at red signals and get verbal permission to proceed at a reduced speed, which can cause significant delays, especially in areas with long track sections. Faults can be caused by electronic issues or track obstructions. Network Rail is investigating, and we’ll share updates as soon as we have them. Thank you for your patience. Check before you travel: You can check your journey using the National Rail Enquiries real-time Trip Planner. For helpful advice if you need to travel on a substitute bus service, including accessibility and bicycle information, please use our Rail Replacement Services page. You can find the pick-up and drop-off locations of substitute bus services by checking station signage or by searching for your station on our Find a Station page. Please be advised that replacement vehicles may be busier than usual, and you should allow extra time for your commute. Compensation: You may be entitled to compensation if you experience a delay in completing your journey today. Please keep your train ticket and make a note of your journey, as both will be required to support any claim.
