"This was the most comfortable hotel I stayed at during my trip, more comfortable than other Hilton hotels I've stayed at. Facilities: The facilities are excellent, and most importantly, it has a fresh air system, so even in windy conditions, the air quality is great. Even with the windows closed, the room air is excellent. Cleanliness: The cleanliness is impeccable; it's clear that the hotel is regularly inspected, and the cabinets are spotless. Environment: The environment is very nice, and parking is extremely convenient; there's parking right in front of the hotel. Service: The service is warm and welcoming. The receptionist greeted me with a smile as soon as I entered the hotel, making me feel very comfortable. Most importantly, they were very thoughtful. Xinjiang food is oily and can easily cause constipation, so the hotel provided honey – the first time I've encountered this in all my years of hotel stays. They also provided yogurt and fruit in the evening – such a thoughtful touch! The breakfast was also delicious, especially the freshly cooked noodles – I ate two bowls! Highly recommended."
