"O ponto mais marcante foi o serviço do hotel. Assim que o carro chegou, um funcionário veio prontamente ajudar com a bagagem, me levou calorosamente para fazer o check-in na recepção e agendou o transfer para o aeroporto. O transfer de chegada foi super rápido, e havia café self-service disponível o tempo todo. Os funcionários da recepção saíam do balcão para atender às necessidades dos hóspedes, chegando a servir um copo de leite fresco com café. E assim que um hóspede era atendido, outro funcionário já estava pronto para o próximo! Na saída, eles chamaram um carro e se despediram calorosamente. Todos os funcionários com quem interagi foram incrivelmente entusiastas e atenciosos, muito melhores que o serviço do hotel internacional 5 estrelas onde fiquei nos dois dias anteriores. "Fomos de Tianjin a Pequim para uma viagem de dois dias e, como estávamos com a família, decidimos ficar uma noite. Como havia idosos e crianças, escolhemos um hotel com uma localização mais conveniente!
Antes de reservar o hotel, tenho o hábito de ler as críticas negativas, então estava preparada para me contentar com uma noite... No entanto, ao chegar, descobri que era completamente diferente dos comentários. O rececionista foi muito simpático e, embora tivéssemos reservado um quarto sem janela no subsolo, ele fez questão de nos fazer um upgrade para um quarto no segundo andar (com elevador, para que os idosos e as crianças pudessem ficar tranquilos). Embora o quarto não tivesse janela, não estava húmido. Como estávamos com uma criança, verifiquei cuidadosamente os lençóis e eles eram novos e limpos. A casa de banho estava arrumada e limpa, sem manchas de água ou sujidade! Havia champô, condicionador, sabonete líquido e até loção corporal! Escova de dentes, navalha, touca de banho, discos desmaquilhantes e cotonetes, tudo à disposição...
A única coisa que achei menos boa foi que o quarto estava demasiado perfumado. Para quem não está habituado, pode ser um pouco vertiginoso! Espero que a fragrância possa ser um pouco mais suave... Embora não seja exatamente um defeito, espero que possa ser melhorado..."

Liberaram o nosso quarto antes do horário de check-in, só temos a agradecer, pois chegamos na madrugada. O check-out é tardio, o que também foi ótimo! Qualidade impecável do atendimento e do quarto. Tinha shampoo, sabão, chinelo, kit de higiene pessoal, toalhas trocadas diariamente, máquina de lavar no quarto, perfeito! Tem uma conveniência logo na recepção e também fica próximo do centro comercial com mercados e restaurantes. A estação do metrô também fica perto e dá pra ir à pé. Gostamos muito e indicamos!"

"A relação custo-benefício é boa. O hotel é razoável. O check-in e o check-out foram rápidos e fáceis. O serviço de transfer para o hotel é conveniente. O quarto estava limpo e a roupa de cama era confortável. Infelizmente, um grande inconveniente é o barulho. A descarga do vaso sanitário é muito alta, as paredes e janelas não têm isolamento acústico e, por ser um hotel de aeroporto, os hóspedes entram e saem muito tarde da noite. Eu conseguia ouvir pessoas conversando no quarto ao lado e no corredor, a descarga de outros quartos e os aviões do lado de fora. Foi suportável para uma noite entre voos, mas não recomendaria para viajantes a negócios."

"The location is good, especially if you’re in a transit flight. It’s a 10 minute car ride (if booked via Didi) to Beijing Capital International Airport. Hotel amenities are complete, the place is clean. The only downside is there’s no nearby convenience store for some snacks. The only one is near a gas station, which is a 3-5 minute walk away from the hotel entrance.
The air conditioning wasn’t working as well in my room, which was also a downside.
Would also be better if staff could speak a bit of English, especially if they have foreign nationals staying at a hotel that’s near the airport."

"Quarto compacto mas no tamanho ideal e com todo o conforto que um viajante precisa. Cama king size excelente, quarto e iluminação muito bem projetado. Atendentes todos educado e solicito mesmo sem falar inglês (usam tradutor). A localização foi muito boa para turistar, mas saiamos sempre de taxi. Café da manhã variado e saboroso. Maquina de lavar e secar roupa a disposição. O único pequeno detalhe pra mim que adoro treinar, seria bom se na maquina de treino tivesse mais opções de puxadores para poder fazer mais exercícios diferentes. Mas mesmo assim treinei todos os dias e foi ótimo. Tem 2 mercados pequenos em frente."

"Cheguei a Pequim Daxing tarde da noite devido a um voo perdido. No Ctrip, vi que este hotel era relativamente novo e tinha boas avaliações, mas o mais importante é que oferecia serviço de transporte, então reservei-o sem hesitar. O ônibus de translado era pontual e as instruções para pegar o ônibus no aeroporto eram muito claras. As instalações do hotel eram todas novas, parecia um hotel recém-inaugurado. No lobby do hotel, havia também uma loja de conveniência 24 horas, então se sentisse fome no meio da noite, podia comprar algo para comer a qualquer momento. A equipe da recepção foi muito atenciosa e o check-in foi rápido. A roupa de cama do quarto estava limpa, seca e higiênica, tornando a estadia muito confortável.
