"Excelente custo-benefício. Fácil acesso a pé ao ponto de ônibus para as pistas de esqui e ao centro da cidade, mas em uma localização tranquila e reservada. Nosso quarto era muito limpo e espaçoso. Cafeteira e chaleira, além de frigobar, TV etc., tudo funcionando perfeitamente, e havia um micro-ondas no corredor. O quarto era quente, porém era difícil controlar a temperatura e, infelizmente, o ar-condicionado ficava sempre ligado e não era possível controlá-lo. Portanto, havia um ruído de fundo constante. A decoração também era um pouco antiquada. No entanto, todos os funcionários foram simpáticos e prestativos, e o hotel ao lado oferecia uma piscina e sauna modernas, além de um ótimo restaurante para o café da manhã. No geral, uma boa experiência e com certeza consideraria me hospedar lá novamente."

"We had an excellent stay at Otter Hotel. The hotel is modern, clean, and beautifully designed. The rooftop hot tubs with mountain views were a highlight of our trip. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the complimentary Banff transit passes made it easy to get around town. The rooms were comfortable and well maintained. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Banff."

"A delightful surprise – we spent two pleasant nights in this cozy little cabin. The room was clean and tidy, the kitchen and living room were combined, the bedroom was larger than I expected, and the bedding was very comfortable. There was heating, and the fireplace was usable; we asked the staff to start a fire for us. There was a microwave and an induction cooker, as well as basic kitchen utensils, so we went to the supermarket to buy groceries and cooked our own dinner. In the evening, we saw deer grazing on the lawn downstairs. The hotel has its own hot tub, but it's quite small, and we were too tired to use it. The staff were very welcoming, although the old-fashioned door locks weren't very reliable."

"This hotel was more reasonably priced compared to others during peak season, but still quite expensive. Banff's peak season is truly bustling! It's about a 15-minute walk from the town center, roughly a kilometer away, surrounded by various accommodations. The hotel itself is quite old. When we checked in, the elevator was broken, and we needed a bellhop to help us with our luggage. The room facilities were dated; the bedside lamp on the first night was broken, and the power outlet wasn't working. We asked the front desk to have someone fix it the next day. The room was quite warm, likely due to underfloor heating, and it was cleaned reasonably well. The two rooms plus the small kitchenette were comfortable. The shower had good water pressure and hot water, and complimentary bottled water was provided. The hotel is quite large, seemingly circular, and it's easy to get lost trying to find your room number. There's plenty of parking, which is convenient, but it costs CAD 14.99 per night. There's also a resort fee to pay upon arrival. The front desk service was decent, and coffee and hot water were available on the first floor."

"We had a great time at Canoe. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The rooms were spacious and bed was comfortable. Soaking in the hot tubs were a great way to relax after a long day. It was easy to find parking (at least during the winter when we went) and a multi-day bus pass is provided if you don’t want to drive or walk to downtown Banff. Only complaint is that the heater/AC unit is below the window and the air would hit the occupants of the bed closest to it. We worked about it by blocking the air with a chair."
