"When we checked in, there were two young women at the front desk who ignored us completely, busy with their own things. I asked them twice, but they didn't respond. Check-in was incredibly slow, and they wouldn't answer when I asked. The elevator didn't respond when I pressed the button for the 5th floor; it went straight to the 7th floor. The linens were tattered and worn. When I called to ask for a power card, they said I had to come downstairs to get it myself. I work in the hotel industry myself, so I didn't want to be too critical, but I simply couldn't tolerate it. The service of a four-star hotel was completely nonexistent; even the most basic services were missing."
