"I stayed here while hiking Mount Rainier. The positives are that it's new, clean, and the supplies are of a good brand. The hotel itself is impeccable. The negative is that I booked a twin room through a third-party platform, but upon arrival, they told me they were sold out and only had a king-size bed. Fortunately, I emailed the hotel immediately after booking to confirm the room type and other details, and received a confirmation email. After seeing the email, the front desk contacted the person in charge and offered a solution I agreed to. Overall, the hotel is good, but the service is average. Be wary of shirking responsibility."

Regarding cleanliness, I have to point out that from our check-in on June 28th to our check-out on July 6th, a full week, no one came to clean the room. I've stayed at many similar hotels before, and the worst they've done is change towels every four days. It was downright filthy."
