"Estadia limpa e excelente, com ótimo serviço e massagem! Limpeza - quartos e comodidades do resort estavam limpos. Comodidades/instalações - ótimas pelo preço. Há diversas atividades que você pode reservar pelo resort, com preços razoáveis. A piscina é linda e há muitas áreas pequenas e tranquilas para relaxar. O atendimento da equipe é realmente ótimo. Comida - não há Uber/pegar comida aqui, então você pode comprar toda a comida no resort. A comida é deliciosa e com preços razoáveis! Localização - Eu diria que é mais um resort boutique, aninhado em um kampung tranquilo à beira da praia e cercado por manguezais. Não há Uber/pegar comida no terminal de balsas, então você precisa dirigir ou reservar com eles por IDR 400 mil. É uma hora de viagem com um carro confortável. Massagem - EXCELENTE massagem javanesa, os terapeutas sabem o que estão fazendo. Fica perto da praia, o que é realmente relaxante."

Nada decepcionante, literalmente, para alguns, a natureza rústica e reposta desta pequena cidade não seria adequada, mas para aqueles que têm o olho de um hotel amigável, independente e gerido localmente, não olham para adiante. Os negativos que experimentámos foram mínimos e claramente não a culpa do resort.Por exemplo, não se esqueça que, na época molhada, não é possível pescar ou escavar devido às condições do mar. E o trabalho que se está a realizar para a costa do mar foi bastante compreensível (e graças à equipe de trabalho que estavam extremamente tranquilas e respeitadas durante toda a nossa estadia). A localização é incrível e perfeita para desistir de horas com um BOM livro entre as piscinas. Acessível e abundante não Precisa olhar para o brilhante mestre do chef de UMA variedade de cozinhas além DOS seus pratos indonésios. Nós tentamos muitos, desde o pequeno-almoço até a refeição, e ficámos surpreendidos com a qualidade dos ingredientes e a profundidade do sabor que ele produziu."

"Out of ten, I would rate it as 8. What you see online about the surroundings and the beach here are all relevant in real life. As soon as my family and I checked in for a room, I started to begin the journey. Later I realized that the another rooms that overlooking the beach is more impressive as you witness the sunrise when you wake up in the morning. Of course the it might be higher when it comes to the room fare. But, Hey! this is one life time experience :) We hire the local snorkeling activity (not arranged by hotel) and hop on the fast boat at the jetty right behind the hotel facing the crystal clear sea water. You can do snorkeling by the beach but less convenient. The best snorkeling view is a little bit off the shore. The pool is superb. Sometime, some kids jump in the sea water as it is just so stunning and fresh. most of the guests here are locals (many from nearby Riau island) and the menu is sort of Asian-American in the morning breakfast. New update: the hotel is now in the making of mini park for kids and family to play in the area (no photos taken). You might experience this facility in the coming year when you here."

"The cabin is beautiful, and they even offer free snacks. Their food is also great; we had both dinner and breakfast there. It was delicious and exquisite, and the price was very reasonable. I think it's incredible value for money! The only uncontrollable thing was the overwhelming number of geckos, which was quite startling. 😳"
Club Med Bintan
"This was my first Club Med experience, and I initially thought it was only for families with kids. But this trip completely changed my perception of Club Med. To sum it up: it's an absolutely amazing place, a true paradise! The GOs (Gentle Organizers) are incredibly friendly, like friends. There's delicious, unlimited local food, beach BBQs, live singers by the sea, tons of fun activities, and great boutique shops to browse! About the room: Although the Club Med in Bintan is a bit older, it's very well-maintained. The room was clean and tidy, quite spacious, and the bathroom had no strange smells or dampness. If you're lucky, you might even spot a monkey! 🐵 About the food: I think the all-inclusive package at Club Med offers great value for money. There are two main restaurants: one buffet and one à la carte that requires reservations. The food quality is good, especially the reservation-only restaurant which was fantastic. For dinner, they had a spread of seafood! 🦞 About the activities: We tried aerial yoga and tennis, and the experience was superb. I heard this is the only Club Med in the world with aerial yoga – doing yoga by the ocean was incredibly therapeutic. It's a shame we didn't have more time to try other activities. Every evening, there were amazing performances by the GOs! About the spa: I highly recommend their spa. The techniques were great, but more importantly, the views were incredible. I suggest the 'honeymoon room' where you can directly see the sea – the spa itself is very photogenic. About the GOs: The GOs are truly the soul of Club Med. Our GO, Frankie, was incredibly thoughtful. He ate with us, chatted with us by the sea until late at night, and treated us like friends. And Beverly, the yoga instructor, is such a warm and sunny Malaysian girl. Not to mention the sisters at the boutique shop – we found so many beautiful clothes there. I truly love everyone! We will definitely be back!!"
Pantai Indah Lagoi Bintan
"Cleanliness of the rooms was okay. They had a bathtub but the water was either brown or green and it seems that the hot water supply is limited as it’s hard to fill a tub of hot water again once you’ve done it once. Also, you can only turn on the hot water from one source, then other water sources will be cold, which was quite inconvenient. There’s only one restaurant there so food options are limited. The nearest food area is a plaza that’s a 5-min Grab ride for about $5 or a 30-min walk that is bug infested. Plaza had many food options so that was good. The free breakfast was not very good. Bread and cakes are stale, and the food options are repeated and limited as well. We did try the private BBQ which seems to be pretty new for them, it was slightly expensive ($40) for the amount of food and variety provided but we tried it for the vibes. Staff there were very friendly and on task, and responded very quickly to requests which was good. Overall the room was big and spacious, while being quiet so we quite enjoyed that aspect. The stay was pleasant overall but there’s some room for improvement in terms of water source and food option."
