I absolutely loved my stay in this hotel. The staff was amazing and the service was great. Breakfast was very delicious like everywhere in Italy. The historical city center is just 20-25 min walking. There is additional tourist city tax - €3 per person / day and it should be paid when you leave the hotel.

Hotel non molto grande. Personale gentile e competente. Mancavano le pantofole, su mia richiesta consegnate prontamente. Stanza in una stada trafficata. Comunque la stanza non molto rumorosa, buon isolamento. Buona Colazione.

O hotel fica numa zona muito fora do centro e a zona não me pareceu das mais seguras. O staff não era muito simpático, o que não combina com os italianos sempre de sorriso rasgado, exepto o senhor que estava na sala do pequeno almoço que era de extrema simpatia. Ao sair do quarto, já na hora do check out, tinha um funcionário à porta, tipo guarda, que mal saí do quarto se apressou a entrar a fazer revista, não fosse eu ter roubado alguma coisa, não foi agradável! O quarto era extremamamente pequeno e a cama também, para eu e a minha filha dormirmos minimamente confortáveis tivemos que o fazer de lado. O pequeno almoço era médio, nada de especial. Achei o valor elevado para a experiencia.

Localizado fora das muralhas da cidade, está contudo bem localizado. É numa zona mais periférica junto ao hospital mas mesmo assim encontram-se alguns restaurantes e jardins Ao sair a pé das muralhas da cidade, não me senti segura e tinha pessoas estranhas com um ambiente não muito bom pela noite. O hotel tem amplas janelas na sala da receção, tem sofás, wi-fi em todo o edifício. No quarto, tem TV, aquecimento, sabão, toalhas etc. Fiquei desiludida por em pleno mês de janeiro não ter qualquer manta ou edredão para a cama! Tive frio na noite. Diria que o pior foi o barulho no corredor, a luz que vinha do corredor por baixo da porta e o cheiro a comida logo às 7 da manhã (do pequeno almoço) que entrou pelo quarto. Agradável, um bom espelho. Os senhores do pequeno almoço era amorosos e muito simpáticos! Tinha- bolo de iorgurte, bolo de limão, bolo de maçã, 1 folhado enrolado com passas, croissaint crema, croissaint integral, croissaint de chocolate, crostata, granola, ameixas, pão, queijo, fiambre, creme de chocolate e avelã, mel, doce, bolachas sem gluuten, tostas, bolachinhas enpacotadas, iorgute, sumos, café, água e bebida de soja! To be honest, the room I booked for two is too small for one person. The room is extremely poorly equipped, with no wardrobe for clothes and, for example, plastic cups wrapped in foil instead of the standard disinfected glass cups in the toilet. The toilet is separated from the room by a thin wall and a sliding door that swings and looks like it will fall off at any moment. The partition wall in the toilet that separates the toilet from the room is glass in the upper part, so when the light in the toilet is turned on, it illuminates the entire room. The windows in the room are wooden, very old, and since the room overlooks a very busy street, the noise in the room is terrible and does not allow for normal rest or sleep. Although the booked room was on the third floor, at 7 AM when breakfast starts, the smells on the third floor (probably from some ventilation) are so intense that they force you to open the window in the room from the deserted smells. What is worth highlighting is the excellent and friendly staff and the excellent location of the hotel, just a 10-minute walk from the city center.

A quick stop over in Bologna so we stayed one night only. The staff were friendly, helpful and efficient. The breakfast was excellent. Room was small and poky. Beds were comfortable. What would give this hotel an extra star would be the provision of coffee facilities i.e kettle, more pillows, reception providing drinks to visitors on arrivals and during the day after touring, and space in the room to put a suitcase.

Great experience! Both rooms I stayed at were tidy and neat, well-equipped. Almost everything is within walking distance, or can easily be reached by different buses. Check-in and check-out went smoothly. The staff is very kind, helpful, flexible and customer-focused, any problems or requests I've had (e.g. checking out and getting a taxi at 3 in the morning) was handled well and solved quickly. A special thank you to receptionist Alessio, who helped me lengthen my stay in the hotel, with incredible kindness and patience.

Hotel is ok for a quick stop! When we arrived the elevator was not working and we had to carry our luggage until the 3 or 4 th floor. Staff was great! Very professional and willing to help. Breakfast ok even though in a tight space. 10 min away from train station by car

The hotel is a bit far from the station (20-25 minutes on foot) and the rooms I had was very small. The double bed made it difficult to move around. The marble floor looks tacky and the furniture tries to be minimal. It was clean and the stuff changed the towels everyday. Breakfast was fine.

Today rooms are available for less than 100 Euro / night. But they charged us 286 Euro / night! ...why the f... ! Ok it is somehow our fault we booked the Hotel for this ridicoulus price .. but still it is a shame to treat guests like this and steal their money for almost nothing! The Hotel is absolute average, nothing special, very loud if you are the unlucky one with room roadside. Personal not very friendly, except the *** at breakfast room. He did best out of the miserable breakfast area. The rooms are old, small and sticky, bathroom equipped with old facilities. No own parking space available, they book you expensive valet parking somewhere, if no space available they let it to you on roadside. The location is ok, with 10min. walk distance from old town. To sum up .. for less 100 Euros absolute ok! However watch out room price!! ..vary far too much. Value not more than 100 Euro. We unfortunately had been ripped!!!!

The hotel has an okay value for money standard, staff is mostly helpful however the breakfast was a complete catastrophe! The breakfast is served from 7-10 am. We stayed two nights and first morning we arrived at the brekfast room at 9.15, the following morning at 9.20. The breakfast is advertised to include eggs, hams, cheese, bread etc and also sweet selections of foods. BUT at 9.15 am(!!!) there was almost NOTHING left! No eggs, no ham, literally two slices of one type of cheese and three slices of bread. There was no salty food to choose from, you only had the sweet variant like some cakes or croissants left. When I adressed the issue with the waiter he literally told me (no exaggeration here, these are his actual words) “We are finished!” and “you can have some bread!”in the rudest arrogant way possible and no one brought more any cheese or ham let alone eggs or sausages. Mind you it was 9.15!!! So I had one little croissant and ate properly elsewhere. The EXACT same thing happened the next morning. So apparantly breakfast means in this hotel that you only get it when you arrive at 7am because if you arrive 45 minutes before they close the breakfast room you can have coffee maybe some cakes or croissants...Or maybe it means that you can have breakfast you paid for as longe as other guests dont eat too much or too fast... I have never had this experience anywhere and the way staff approached this was offensive. Brekfast in this hotel is a joke, you should skip it and have it somewhere in some cute little café in the city. We booked the hotel because it was supposed to have a good breakfast according to ratings and reviews...totally ruined both of our mornings, every morning we left the hotel in a bad mood and I am for sure never returning to this place. On the positive note, apart from this breakfast fiasco, the staff was polite, spoke good English and were helpful (apart from the brekafast waiter), we had a minor problem with our toilet which was fixed immediately, so no complaint there. Bed are okay, street was not noisy. The location is average if you want to walk. It takes about 15 min to walk to the two towers, however that didnt bother us at all.

La struttura si trova proprio davanti all'ospedale Sant'Orsola, mi sono trovato a dover prenotare una stanza per la sera stessa e con 60€ ho trovato una buona camera con colazione inclusa. Il buon rapporto qualità-prezzo è il suo punto di forza. Letto comodo, stanza pulita, buona colazione e personale gentile e preparato.

Hotel vicino al centro storico, personale gentile, struttura nel complesso semplice, colazione variegata e buona. Stanza pulita tranne gli infissi e le tapparelle. Mancano le coperte invernali per chi non preferisce dormire con il riscaldamento acceso.

Die Erfahrung im Hotel war sehr gemischt. Es liegt zentral (die Altstadt ist fußläufig erreichbar), ist sauber und das Personal freundlich. Die Zimmer (wir hatten die bessere "Standard"-Kategorie) sind sehr klein und auch hellhörig. Von außen rauschte der Verkehr herein (was uns aber nicht besonders gestört hat). Es gab keinen Kleiderschrank, nur eine Art Garderobe, bei der ständig die Kleiderbügel vom Haken fielen. Kein Platz für Koffer. Kein Schreibtisch, nur ein kleiner Tisch mit Sessel (die wir aber mangels Platzes mit Kleidung belegen mussten). Die Heizung funktionierte ungleichmäßig und schaltete nach einer Weile wieder herunter. Der Safe funktionierte bei Ankunft nicht (an der Rezeption moniert, dann aber nicht mehr benutzt). Das Frühstück war mittelmäßig. Obst, aber kein Obstsalat. Müsli überzuckert, Butter nicht immer ausreichend gekühlt. An einem Tag keine einfachen Croissants mehr vorhanden, an einem anderen Tag fehlten große Löffel (Plastiklöffel angeboten). Da ist noch Luft nach oben. Für kurze Aufenthalte ok – wir waren fünf Nächte dort, das war zu lang.
