"O hotel era realmente bom.Era Muito limpo, por isso recomendo-o a todos que apreciam a limpeza.Havia UMA sala separada para a limpeza.A própria sala tinha um secador de cabelo, TV, caldeira elétrica e um Monte de café e chá. Eles também nos ofereceram UMA bebida de boas-vindas quando chegamos, o que FOI um BOM toque, e o pessoal FOI amigável e útil. O lobby TEM muitas opções e jogos de entretenimento, e há um bar Muito bonito, e as pessoas ainda jogam jogos até tarde à noite. O hotel também TEM um ginásio. Estava perto de um centro comercial, e a estação de trem estava a cerca de 20-minute andar. Eu recomendo definitivamente"

"Hotel was ideally located for our weekend trip, and was very welcoming with a fast check in process. Parking was only £5 for a 24hour period so great value for money compared to other hotels. Room was lovely, bed very comfortable and spotlessly clean throughout. Bathroom was immaculate and nicely decorated and came with Dove handwash and shampoo/shower accessories which was a lovely touch. Although there wasn't a fridge, we had a kettle and tea/coffee making facilities along with ironing board, hairdryer, extra pillows and a large TV with Netflix. Slept wonderfully...very peaceful and great black out curtains. Breakfast was amazing. Great choice of hot and cold products...plenty of choice and food was hot! Lady who greeted us in restaurant was extremely helpful and asked about allergies. My friend has a nut allergy, so the member of staff proceeded to explain about which products to avoid. This was extremely helpful and essential. This put my friend at ease immediately. The bar are and restaurant again were exceptionally clean and tidy. Decor and seating in bar area was very tasteful and comfortable. Our checkout process was very quick and easy. Over all a very welcoming and comfortable stay. Would definitely stay here again and recommend highly to others Thank you for a lovely stay 🙂"

"Sunday night after visiting friends, we went to city centre looking for this hotel…however we couldn’t get near it because there were road blocks here and there. We drove up and down city centre main road four times…in the end we gave up and went straight home. It was so exhausted and frustrating when we finally reached home in South! Never again we will choose a hotel without car park any more in future !!"

"A equipe era incrível, ambiente legal, e a localização perfeitaaaaa! porém a cozinha comum estava muito suja pode ter sido horário e tinha muita gente usando,os corredores por ser carpete cheirava a mofo, banheiro masculino, nossa nem se fale cheiro de xixi bem forte, mas pelo que vi todos nesta minha viagem a Inglaterra todos hostel de baixo valor é assim! A cama era boa, lençol limpo, quarto estava limpo, mas corredores e banheiro compartilhado precisa de uma atenção diária! A equipe foi incrível comigo! Atendimento mil! A eu fiquei no 2 andar e a internet não funcionava :("

"The hotel is showing its age and badly in need of a refit. The hotel room was as clean as it could be considering the age of the fittings and furniture but the floor boards were loose and a sloping floor meant sleeping with my legs higher than my head. The staff were pleasant and helpful. The breakfast was well cooked but the helpings were very small. I don’t think I’ve ever seen a smaller sausage! All in all expensive considering what’s on offer."

"We stayed here as a group of four in two separate rooms. We chose the hotel partly because of its rustic style, but after this stay we realised that this type of accommodation was not really for us. Unfortunately, our stay coincided with an extremely hot week in the UK, and the biggest issue was the temperature in the rooms. There was no proper cooling, only small fans, and they were not enough at all. One of our rooms became extremely hot during the day, while the other was very uncomfortable at night. Because of the heat, we had to leave the room earlier than planned. There was also no lift, which may be expected in some older UK buildings, but it is still something to keep in mind. Cleanliness was average, but I cannot say it was particularly impressive. Overall, it was not a very comfortable stay for us. The building has character, but the room conditions, especially during hot weather, made the experience difficult. I personally would not choose to stay here again."
