"Gostamos muito da nossa estadia. A localização é conveniente, praticamente no centro de Budva, mas não nas ruas principais e movimentadas. Todas as comodidades estão por perto, incluindo um supermercado MegaMarkt, padaria e lavanderia. A Cidade Velha e o calçadão ficam a 15 minutos. A Praia de Mogren fica a 25 minutos. A rodoviária fica a 7 minutos. O MegaMall fica a 10 minutos. Os quartos são simples, mas confortáveis – boas camas, uma pequena cozinha com utensílios, ar-condicionado e varanda. Nós três dividimos um quarto. Não estava lotado. A Seka é uma anfitriã maravilhosa – ela está sempre disponível para ajudar, dar conselhos e está sempre à disposição. Excelente custo-benefício. Recomendo para casais e famílias viajando juntas."

"Excellent apartment! Very spacious, you feel at ease. The room has absolutely everything you need for a comfortable stay: a full set of dishes, a large, comfortable bed, and even a washing basin and a clothes dryer for small household items—very thoughtful. Everything is clean and tidy. A special thank you to the hosts for their kindness—we were able to check in early, which was very nice. Cons: a bit of noise from the neighbors in the evening. But if you have a busy schedule and don't plan to go to bed early, this won't spoil the experience. Overall, we were very satisfied!"

"The hotel is conveniently located, with everything within walking distance – attractions like the Old Town, marinas, and the promenade. There are also plenty of shops, cafes, a shopping center nearby, and two excellent beaches just a short walk away, plus many other entertainment options. I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The breakfasts were delicious, and as a guest, you get a 10% discount on dinner at the restaurant, where a musician plays every night. They also have their own parking, which is very convenient if you're traveling by car. My room had a view of the neighboring building, but I could still enjoy a glimpse of the sea, boats, and yachts. We stayed at the end of July. The price was acceptable, but you could probably find something cheaper or just book further in advance instead of on the day of arrival, like we did."

"The room was average. The hotel is on the 6th floor of an apartment building with no sign, making it difficult to find. The housekeeper was often nowhere to be seen, and no one came to clean the room even after two days of staying. There was only a small trash can in the bathroom, and we had to put the trash in our own bags. The water was also not good, with a very high level of limescale. When boiled, a layer of white floating material appeared, making it unpalatable. Overall, it was a very bad experience."

"A wonderful boutique hotel! The staff was friendly, the room was beautiful, with a stunning view of the sea and the entire city! Breakfast was a buffet; it wasn't large, as there weren't many guests and the hotel wasn't very large, but there was plenty to choose from, and it was delicious! There's also a separate restaurant on site with delicious food. The pool and bar are also very beautiful, offering views of all of Budva. The location is also excellent, with shops nearby, a 15-minute walk to the center, and a 5-minute walk to the sea."

"Excellent receptionist welcoming! Two properties under Eden ownership. One has reception counter is hotel, while the other next to the hotel along the sidewalk is B&B. I took a room at the B&B, which every room has own balcony. The weather is so nice by sunshine and comfort breeze. I had two windows and balcony door opened. Superb, definitely better than keeping air-con all day long. Heads up for NO shampoo supply at the B&B house BTW."

"I booked this hotel through a travel agency, for a week. It was a very good choice. The hotel is located in a relatively quiet residential part of Budva. It is at the end of a small one-way street. Some people have difficulties finding it but I did not encounter any. It is about 20 minutes walk from the Old Town and 15 minutes from the beach. The bus station is some 7 minutes walk. There are shops and restaurants around and a lot of more of them in the centre of the town. I had a very nice and spacious room on the 5th floor (4th by the European counting). It had a fridge and a kettle, which was very appreciated. Wifi worked well. I had a view of the mountains from my balcony, which got dark by the evening, so I truly felt like being in Montenegro (which means Black Mountain). Breakfast is served on the roof (6th floor). The choice was very good, both sweet and salty food. I just regretted breakfast only started at 8am. This is a bit too late if you want to take a bus to another place in Montenegro. I therefore only had 4 breakfasts out of 7 I paid for but that was my choice (maybe the hotel could offer some breakfast packages for earlier risers). There is also a small pool on the roof, next to the small restaurant. In the evening, the water is quite warm there. You cannot truly swim in the pool, it is too small for that but it is pleasant to spend some time there anyway. The staff at the hotel is nice. Especially the young lady who checked me in (I am sorry I did not ask her name) and who was always preparing breakfast. I am very grateful to her for assigning such a nice room to me, many thanks! The only unpleasant element were some of the other guests. It does not stop surprising me that some people simply do not realise (or do not care) that there are other guests in the hotel who do not necessarily want to hear noise music, loud shouting or door banging at midnight. But this is not the fault of the hotel, of course."
