The hotel's location is a quiet oasis amidst the hustle and bustle, with lush surroundings, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. The lobby and public areas are also designed with great style. The service was a definite highlight; every staff member, from check-in to check-out, was smiling and friendly. The front desk efficiently handled my check-in and patiently provided information about the local area, and room service was incredibly prompt. As for facilities, the bed was comfortable, the Wi-Fi was stable, and the gym equipment was quite new. The breakfast spread was extensive, offering both Western and Chinese options. All in all, it was a very pleasant stay, and I would definitely choose this hotel again for my next visit."

"This is the second time I've stayed at Ibis Styles & and unfortunately, my first impression was confirmed. The reception thoughtfully offered me an upgrade from a deluxe queen room to a deluxe king room. To be blunt, I'm not sure where the 'deluxe' came into it. And I was glad not to have booked a standard room. The room was basic beyond description, apart from a king bed. No bedside lamp, opened milk in the fridge, doors hanging off their hinges, bathroom still had hair on the floor, not even a tea spoon. Such a shame as the location is great."
