For those who enjoy running or walking, the abundant negative ions in the park-like setting will leave you feeling refreshed and invigorated. Dinner was ordered at Building 7 – a simple yet satisfying meal of congee and chive pockets, which felt both comforting and light. As we were staying in Building 7, our breakfast was a buffet served there. Priced at 128 yuan per person if ordered à la carte, the quality was superb, with a wide variety of fresh and delicious dishes. A buffet breakfast is also available in the main building. Our initial plan was to visit Nanhu Park, but we ended up spending more than half a day exploring the hotel's expansive grounds instead. We had a delightful encounter with a family of sika deer and even spotted some charming chipmunks. The hotel's service and thoughtful amenities far surpassed what one might expect from a Hilton, truly understated yet incredibly attentive."

"Overall, it was a fantastic stay. The lady at the front desk upgraded our room, which was a lovely gesture and highly recommended. The hotel is just over 100 meters from the subway station, situated in a bustling area with stunning night views – though the windows were a bit dirty. The room itself was very comfortable with plenty of outlets, but only one was conveniently located. The others were quite far away, under the TV, making it very inconvenient for charging phones at night. The breakfast was affordable, the dining environment was comfortable, and the staff were very warm and helpful."

For the moment we arrived, the meticulous staff demonstrated their warmth, professionalism and genuine care to ensure every moment and detail of our visit was comfortable and memorable. For instance, the receptionist spoke politely and acted promptly to our call upon arrival late evening. The prudent shuttle bus driver came to fetch us less than 5 minutes. The room is conducive and quiet though very near the airport. The dining was delightful good food and a variety of quality options. With all these qualities, here I commend the entire team for their outstanding services and not hesitate to recommend this hotel to others. We look forward to return for the next trip in near future. Congrats!"

"This is a terrible hotel! The drains are slow, the rooms are full of long hair, and they leave out toothbrushes every day. The fifth floor is incredibly unsanitary! We experienced this firsthand – hair in our clothes, long hair stuck to the wall hangings from unwashed rags – it's disgusting! The breakfast is even worse! Don't believe me? Go and see for yourself! The rooms are tiny – most business hotels are tiny – they think they're in Hong Kong!"

"I called the front desk to ask for an ashtray, and they told me smoking wasn't allowed in the room, but they still brought one up. The toiletries kit had some stains, and the windowsill was dusty. Also, there was only a charging port on one side of the bed. While the facilities are complete, I wasn't very satisfied with the cleanliness of the toiletries kit and the windowsill. (These are just my personal opinions and don't represent the views of all guests.)"
