"Eles oferecem serviço gratuito de transfer de/para o aeroporto. Isso é muito conveniente para mim, que estava com duas malas. No entanto, acho que o hotel é bom apenas para uma pernoite, já que fica perto do aeroporto. Se você pretende viajar, não recomendo o hotel, pois fica longe do centro da cidade. De qualquer forma, é possível chegar a essas áreas de metrô ou táxi, mas a viagem leva mais de meia hora. O hotel é muito limpo e oferece o básico. Porém, o isolamento acústico não é dos melhores. Conseguíamos ouvir as pessoas conversando do lado de fora, os pedestres, suas bagagens e até mesmo as pessoas de outro quarto. Mesmo assim, não foi muito incômodo e conseguimos descansar."

"brilliant hotel. Thanks to Zhengxiao, Xiaohongmei at the breakfast restaurant and Selina at the front desk for providing me such a wonderful stay in changsha overall. However, I was surprised to learn that even suite bookings at your property don't include executive lounge access without IHG One Rewards status. This differs from many luxury hotels where suite accommodations typically include lounge privileges regardless of membership status. Additionally, my key card was deactivated unexpectedly during my stay, which also makes me feel confused."

"Kanglai Hotel is located at the strategic location facing diagonally the flight path from other cities to Changsha Huanghua Airport. From the room allocated to me, I can see the inbound flight in flight but not when the flight lands or departs. To see the flight landing and taking off, walk 30 minutes to the inner path next to the vacant Hede Business Hotel located along Airport Road to reach Hunan General Aviation Head Office and walk to the space behind the vacant headquarters. Enroute, I pass by the public toilet building, the aviation school for youths, China Post cargo and mail processing centre and two bus stops. I feel sense of accomplishment after shooting many photos of aircraft landing including the extremely rare West Air A319neo. I am satisfied with my hotel selection and visit to the hotel after the airport staff called the hotel to pick me up at Door 4 on the departure level. I am also satisfied with the very high level of cleanliness like disinfected towels. I hope to stay in Room 8901 in Kanglai Hotel again if I planned a summer trip to Changsha Huanghua Town."

"This is truly a great hotel to stay if you like quiet and good breakfast, the hotel is a bit away from Wu Yi Square but css as n be conveniently going too all the major attractions in Changsha by train. They take care laundry services is great for cleaning dirty clothes before moving to another destination. Excellent services to assist customer and good breakfast to start the day. Truly enjoy stay here for 3 nights"

"I stayed 3 nights, Everything is very nice. I was quickly picked up at airport at 1am. Room was new, clean and large. I had left New York a week ago, really need to do my laundry. a lady told me she will take care of that. At end of the day she give me folded laundry. I'm so glad I booked this hotel. Hot water, air conditioner, lights all worked well. the restaurant have buffet for breakfast, lunch and dinner, food wasn't so great, but taking taxi to nearby place for anything you want cost about $1.5. When i was ready to leave, the driver offered me a ride to subway station, felt I get enough for what I paid , I called a taxi myself."

"We had a great stay at the Hampton Hotel in Xingsha. Ms. Pan, the service manager, was very kind and friendly. She upgraded us to a spacious suite with a comfortable bed, which made our stay even better. The hotel had excellent amenities, and the staff was always helpful.
