No room service during our stay ( no water& toilleteries refill). The hot tub was filled after we arrived and there was no water change during the stay, so the water got cold and very dirty from falling leaves- we needed to make the water change by ourselfs. The swimming pool in the hotel was opened only in the afternoon. Breakfast buffet ok, but very little cheese, no ham/bacon, poor variery of bread. Not worth the money!!!"
