"This stay was incredibly pleasant. The guesthouse was thoughtfully decorated everywhere. The room was bright and airy, and the bedding was soft and comfortable, making it feel just as relaxing and cozy as home. The surrounding environment was quiet and serene, ensuring a truly peaceful rest. The host was attentive and detailed, patiently answering any questions we had. The value for money was excellent, and having such a comforting place to stay on our trip was truly heartwarming. Definitely five stars! The facilities were also complete, comfortable, and bright. Dining options nearby were convenient, and we could walk to the attractions! I'll choose this place again next time!"

"Facilities: New hotel, looks good on the surface. Some problems: The air conditioner in the room has a peculiar smell, and the toilet makes people extremely speechless. It is really of rubbish quality, a pseudo-smart toilet that completely eliminates all useful functions! The hot water was poor when we first checked in, but it was adjusted later. However, the water in the shower was blocked again the next day, and the room phone was broken. It kept ringing without unplugging the phone cord. The elevator buttons are crooked! Hygiene: The most disappointing thing is that the cleaning ladies in this hotel are busy from morning to midnight, but my room is basically not cleaned every day! The missing toilet paper and disposable supplies on the third day were thrown directly on the table without even bothering to put them in their place! The towel for the foot rest was not taken away if it was dirty on the first day. Later, I was prompted to take it away, but no new one was ever given! The room had definitely not been cleaned. We borrowed her mop to drag out a pile of dust on the bathroom floor in front of her! Auntie also said to give you two bottles of water, or wrap a tissue for you. I was really speechless! Service: The front desk service is more enthusiastic and the service response is faster! Basically, most of the points are given to the front desk! The breakfast was as expected, and it was within the acceptable range. There were relatively few items but it wasn’t unpalatable! I went there around 9 o'clock on the first day and it was basically empty! It was my first time to stay in Vienna, and I saw that Ctrip’s Four Diamond hotel was newly opened. Hey, you really get what you pay for!"

"This stay was fantastic! I brought my kids here for a winter break trip, and the front desk staff was so thoughtful, providing children's slippers and toothbrushes. When we checked out, they even gave the kids a small gift bag with toys and snacks, which they loved. The housekeeping staff was also great, providing extra pillows and blankets for us. The hotel has a gym and laundry room on the same floor, which was very convenient to use. Food delivery was brought to our room by a robot, and I highly recommend the fish noodle soup for breakfast – the Hunan rice noodles were truly delicious! We'll definitely be back."

"I brought a friend here to stay, and we had an excellent experience! The room's color scheme was very cozy, and the geometric carpet looked particularly vibrant. The two beds were close together, making it super comfortable to lie and chat or watch shows at night. The window offered a nice view, and with the sheer curtains drawn, it felt like a peaceful retreat amidst the hustle and bustle. The bathroom design was also very thoughtful and stylish, with a spacious vanity that made applying makeup and skincare very convenient. The hotel's overall hygiene was meticulously maintained, and the sheets and duvet covers smelled like sunshine. The staff were friendly and attentive, promptly addressing any needs we had. It was a very pleasant stay."
