"I had the opportunity to stay at this newly opened hotel at an affordable price. **What I liked:** The hotel has great access from the station, and all the staff were friendly and welcoming. The room was spacious and very comfortable. I was also impressed by the range of amenities and the excellent large public bath and sauna facilities. I loved it so much I wished I could have stayed longer. **What I noticed:** There was one small issue with the check-in process that left me a bit puzzled. While waiting in line, I noticed that some individuals who seemed to be personal acquaintances of the staff were being assisted before those who had been waiting longer. Additionally, some guests filled out their registration cards by hand, while others had pre-printed ones, which felt a bit inconsistent. It left me with the impression that more attention to detail could be beneficial. Also, when I asked a staff member for the location of the ice machine, they weren't able to answer immediately, which led me to mistakenly think there wasn't one available (it turned out it was exactly where the guide said it would be, near the public bath). That was a minor disappointment. I understand that it's a busy time right after opening, but the hotel facilities themselves are wonderful. I believe that once the operations are more streamlined, it will become an even more fantastic hotel. I definitely want to stay again, and I look forward to future improvements. Thank you."

"First time in Chiba, and choosing this hotel was absolutely the right decision. It's a three to five-minute walk from Chiba Station, making getting around super convenient. The Perie mall at Chiba Station is also fantastic for shopping and dining, and it even offers duty-free services. Although the hotel is a bit older, the facilities are well-maintained, clean, tidy, and attention to detail is evident. You can choose daily housekeeping or just towel changes. If you opt for just towel changes, the staff will hang a bag with fresh towels on your doorknob and even provide a complimentary bottle of water, which is a nice touch! The front desk on the second floor offers free toiletries, tea bags, and coffee sachets, which is great! The front desk staff and floor attendants are all warm and polite, making for a very pleasant experience. A Japanese male staff member at the front desk, whose name tag read Kudo, even spoke Chinese, which made communication seamless. I have two suggestions: first, it would be perfect if the TV had screen mirroring functionality, and second, the queen-sized mattress has a slight dip in the middle and should probably be replaced."

"This is an unmanned hotel that just opened on February 10th. There were many opening flower baskets on the ground floor. The check-in process was a bit complicated; you needed to enter your information on the website beforehand and upload passport photos. It's very close to Chiba Chuo Station, about a one-minute walk from the station exit. There was no one at the front desk; guests had to check in at a self-service machine. It would then dispense a sheet with the room and floor password. However, when we checked in, the system malfunctioned and only displayed the room password, preventing us from immediately entering the fifth-floor area (there's another access control after the elevator). The staff came quickly and sincerely apologized; their attitude was excellent. We booked a deluxe twin room, which was quite spacious. It had a separate bathroom and toilet, a traditional Japanese style, with a separate toilet stall, which is rare in most hotels. There were two or three bottles of mineral water, and the room provided a toothbrush and toothpaste. I must mention the steam massage bathtub (JAXSON brand) in the bathroom—it was incredibly comfortable! It completely cured all the fatigue from a long day…"

"The location is excellent, less than 100 meters from the south exit of the station, just turn left and you'll see it. It's close to the outlet mall and a park, so you can enjoy shopping and a leisurely run. The large public bath on the top floor is very comfortable and not too crowded. The room cleaning service is flexible, allowing guests to schedule it at their convenience. The only downside is that the room is a bit small, and the aisle by the bed is too narrow, making it hard to move around."
