"Great value for money, perfect for families, couples, or solo travelers. **Facilities:** The room's facilities are a bit dated. The bathroom faucet might be a bit faulty; when trying to use the overhead shower, water also comes out of the handheld showerhead simultaneously. I'm not sure if I'm operating it incorrectly. Also, the round table area feels a bit dim without a light directly above it. Furthermore, my room faced west, so it got quite hot in the afternoon. **Hygiene:** Generally good, but because the balcony isn't enclosed, there were some cobwebs floating around. **Environment:** Easy to call a car, and the natural surroundings are top-notch. There are also many highly-rated restaurants nearby – unbeatable. **Service:** Excellent. The front desk upgraded my room, allowing me to enjoy the beautiful lake and mountain views. The room service for water delivery was also very prompt. My only regret is that I had to go to the first floor to pick up food deliveries myself. If possible, I hope they can consider arranging robot delivery in the future. **Welcome Fruit:** A good variety, including pears and apples. **Welcome Snacks:** Highly commendable. Upon arrival, I received cookies and Starbucks coffee, and when checking out, I was given local specialties."

The view is wide open and the air is refreshing. 🌈 The hotel facilities are also very complete, with a heated swimming pool, an executive lounge, and more. 💪 The staff are friendly and approachable, especially the front desk staff.
