"The room was not made ready for a family of 4, had to make up kids beds as no staff available  We had booked the dinner within our room rate and it took the hotel over 30 minutes after being seated to confirm what food we could have from the menu. When the food arrived it was very nice, breakfast was also very easy  Hotel felt very disorganised and the hotel is dated and in need of refurbishment"

"Overall good, the room looks a bit dated and the AC was not working so had a warm evening. The shower took about 5 mins to work but overall good for the money."

The Old Hall Hotel

"We held a memorial service at the Old Hall last weekend and cannot praise Georgie and her team enough. She had some great advice beforehand on the use of the room, timings and facilities - all of which helped enormously on the day. The food was lovely and service excellent - all of the staff were helpful and attentive throughout. We booked bedrooms for the night and everyone commented on how lovely and comfortable they were. Thank you again for providing a great venue and for ensuring the day went smoothly."

Featherbed Cottage

"Just me and the dog for a one night stopover en route to see my mom. The price was so low as to make one question the quality despite the 8.8 rating on Hotels. It’s not 5 star luxe but it was a nice comfortable room ( number 2 ) , nice and quiet , a good shower and overall a good night for a silly low price. Breakfast was included and was surprisingly good. Some good spots to walk the dog as well which was a bonus ."
