"Absolutely loved our stay here! ❤️ The receptionist was incredibly sweet and kind. Despite her petite size, she insisted on carrying our luggage to the room, and even before we arrived, she helped arrange our station pick-up and drop-off. Such thoughtful hospitality! The room was exceptionally beautiful, aesthetic, minimal, and had everything we needed. The staff were attentive throughout our stay, reminding us about breakfast and treating us to afternoon tea and even a lovely good-night sweet soup. The property itself is so peaceful, with a mini garden, beautiful patio, laundry facilities, zen pool, and a stunning mountain backdrop. It felt like a retreat for people like us running away from busy life.. slow paced and relaxing. And their cute doggies and fluffy cat, they seem to guard us around 😘. And the breakfast and afternoon tea were the absolute highlights! Everything was so carefully prepared and beautifully done. They’ve definitely set my standards much higher! 😍 Would happily return and highly recommend this place!"

"Pretty good! It's convenient for spontaneous trips. Our butler, Domi, was responsible and had a great attitude. Seem, the concierge who arranged our car, was also very efficient. The breakfast was delicious – the flower cakes, rice noodles, French bread, and thickened pea soup were all excellent, although it was a bit crowded during peak hours. We ate at the Chinese restaurant on the fifth floor three times and really enjoyed it. Honestly, it was much better than the trendy restaurants outside and not expensive at all!"

It's also a safer alternative to ball pits, with less risk of infection. This definitely deserves a big thumbs up!"

Facing Erhai Lake, my family kept remarking on how stunning the view was. I'd recommend getting a room on a higher floor for that 180-degree panoramic view; it's so comfortable. You can also order takeout, and if the delivery robot is busy, a staff member will bring it to your room. The front desk staff were always incredibly friendly."

But to my surprise, the owner was incredibly warm and came right down to help us with our luggage. He was super friendly and thoughtful, and very patient throughout! Everything was perfectly arranged, no complaints at all, and the stay was absolutely fantastic. I highly recommend it to everyone! The location is an added bonus; you can walk directly to Nanmen Street in 3-5 minutes, which makes getting around and finding food super convenient. The location is excellent. The overall environment is comfortable, and the service is top-notch. I'll definitely choose this place again on my next visit. Highly recommended!"

"What a pleasant surprise this hotel was! If other hotels' sea views require you to 'gaze from afar,' here, it feels like you're practically sleeping on the sea. My room had a full-length, floor-to-ceiling window, making the Erhai Lake spread out before me like an endless painting. All the facilities in the room were smart and very convenient. The front desk lady was also incredibly nice, responding promptly to guests' needs. The milk the hotel provided in the evening was also delicious (not made from powder). The hand soap, shower gel, and shampoo are all good brands. This is truly the best guesthouse I've stayed in in years, and it offers excellent value for money."
