"The hotel is at the sixth floor of a building inside a compound. The check-in process was very smooth. The location is a bit far away from the main attractions but is close to the train station, and the view from the room is amazing. It is a pity that our stay was so short, but for us it is was a pleasure to have our breakfast delivered to our building with ******* and enjoy it in our room with the nice view. The service was very nice connecting us with a driver for the day, and offering tips around the area. We enjoyed our stay at this hotel."

"The owner was really kind and helpful. Even helped us to ordered 外卖(supper delivery) where i had always wanted to order supper in China while scrolling 抖音(China TikTok). And even had more discount while using their accounts to order for 小龙虾 🥹 very grateful for all the help and love they had given us. And even allow us to exchange money from cash into our Alipay account although it was small amount. The location was great also near to railway station and have lots of food shop nearby and also supermarket."

Reservamos dois quartos, um para nossos filhos adultos, e era excepcionalmente confortável e espaçoso. Um dos quartos tinha um chuveiro com mau escoamento de água, e os informamos na nossa primeira noite, mas não tivemos resposta se conseguiram consertá-lo quando estávamos fora. Também adoramos o aquecedor do banheiro. O café da manhã era simples, mas suficiente para começar o dia, e podíamos pedir alguns pratos de macarrão à la carte.
O atendimento ao cliente poderia ser melhor, com cumprimentos simples e sorrisos. Não houve contato visual com os hóspedes e a simpatia faltou, mas aproveitamos a nossa estadia em Dali. Uma ótima localização na cidade antiga."

"The room was so clean and completely renovated. The location was great. The reception helped find the visiting places. When you are booking the hotel via this APP, make sure the information is updated!
For the room I booked it was written that the room has a lake view but unfortunately, when I got my room it had a building view!
I contacted “customer service”, and they gave me some “coins” in the APP as compensation.
I will choose this hotel again if I travel to Dali."

The host is friendly, nice and helpful despite the language barrier.
Facilities:
We got a room at ground floor which I am really grateful for as there is no lift and our luggage is heavy. The room and toilet is clean.
Location:
Strategic. Nearby walking distance Halal eatery, the famous HD bakery, luckin coffee, chagee, pharmacy, cheap souvenir shop, all is very near and easily accessible in 1-3min walk. Didi can't access the road to the homestay door and unable drop you off in front of the homestay itself so you need to pull your luggage and it is a 3-5 min walk (without luggage maybe 1-2 min). Unsure why no trolley during our time but i guess probably it was faulty. But the host came to pick us up at the didi drop off point, and help pull one of our luggage, however it was a cobbled street so i wish in future there will have a trolley available."

As suculentas deles estão crescendo bem e são roliças. Os B&Bs aqui plantaram muitas plantas. É confortável. A água do banho não pode ser ajustada. É um pouco quente. I recently enjoyed a wonderful stay at this hotel and would happily recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, service, and great value.
Scenic Views: The room offered a beautiful, relaxing view — perfect for unwinding after a long day. The windows let in plenty of light and framed the surroundings beautifully. View from room is excellent.
Friendly, Attentive Service: The staff were warm, professional, and very helpful. From check-in to daily requests, service was prompt and courteous.
Comfortable Rooms: The room was clean, well-appointed, and comfortable — ideal for both relaxation and work.
Breakfast: The breakfast selection featured tasty Chinese dishes and was satisfying. Adding a few Western options would make the buffet even more appealing, but the current offerings were fresh and enjoyable.
Overall Experience: Great location, pleasant atmosphere, and excellent hospitality. A near-perfect stay with only a small suggestion to broaden the breakfast variety.

In my opinion, Dali's "Wuji Yinshe Mid-Mountain B&B" is such a "clean" and "innocent" space design work with "light" from the bottom of the heart!
The beginning
"Wuer Yinshe Mid-Mountain B&B" is located in Wenbi Village, Haidong Town, Dali, close to Erhai Lake, overlooking Cangshan Mountain, and the unique geographical environment makes people who have lived here for generations have no worries about food and clothing, but it is gradually distancing itself from the huge background of the changes of the times. A leisurely and soothing pace of life is ideal, but it is undeniable that it still belongs to the context of "agrarian civilization", and today, it has been abandoned by the younger generation who pursue the "fast-paced" and "Gatsby-style" psychology of modern life and the "Gatsby-style" psychology of getting rich overnight, and the "writing village" has become a "hollowed-out" settlement, which cannot escape the doom of "forgotten".
The designer has been to Dali many years ago and also visited Wenbi Village, full of longing and love for Cangshan Erhai Lake, not forgetting the sunshine here, the depth of Erhai Lake and the quiet way of life, in a chance to save down, the owner and designer found here, rent the villagers' houses, and incorporate the local villagers into the logistics service system of the B&B hotel! The logic of the underlying life of "Wenbi Village" has been changed!
When the designer was commissioned by the design of "Wuji Hermitage Mid-Mountain B&B", the attachment to Cangshan Erhai Lake and sunshine buried in his heart many years ago was awakened, and he created a B&B space architecture integrating time, memory and sunshine---- Wuji Hermitage Mid-Mountain Seaview B&B.
01 Survey and combing
This is a space that gathers oriental vacation homestays and has the characteristics of a Bai fishing village, which is very experiential!
After carefully surveying the topography and landform where the B&B is located, the designer found that this is a typical sloping house in the middle of the mountainside, with a bird's-eye view of Erhai Lake from the lower terrain and a deep halfway up the mountain. As a result, the designer came up with an ambitious idea: to build a new building with the characteristics of local Bai architecture in the open space near Erhai Lake, which will be integrated with the old buildings on the high ground to form an architectural settlement, with a height difference of nearly 10 meters, connected by a pedestrian staircase, forming an interesting building with sloping steps.
