"Traveling during off-peak season, I compared so many sea-view hotels and finally chose this one. It offers excellent value for money. For trendsetters and coffee lovers, this is a no-brainer! I especially loved the design of their lobby! **Coffee** The coffee is absolutely delicious. I heard many locals come here to check it out, so I had to try a cup, and it really tasted great! The beans were very mellow, highly recommended! **Breakfast** Breakfast is a semi-buffet style, and having smoked salmon was a nice touch. I personally think the value for money is pretty good because a single coffee order here costs 28/30 yuan, so having two cups in the morning immediately boosts the value. Purely a 'getting a good deal' mindset! **Room** There are very few guest rooms, so it's incredibly quiet. The sea-view rooms are superb, and the L'Occitane toiletries are very upscale. The amenities are quite premium, and the speaker system is top-notch for the hotel industry! **Environment** Stepping out after breakfast, you're right by the sea. Taking a stroll or going for a run is simply wonderful!"

The water was hot and cold when taking a shower. In the morning, there was a bang downstairs. The sound of the person delivering the linen was also very loud. He stopped under the window and pulled the linen, and was woken up! I was speechless. I checked in at 10 o'clock the night before, and checked out quickly after breakfast the next morning and went straight to another hotel. I really think this room is not worth it. I don’t know if all the rooms are like this or just this one. I will never go there again. The attitude of the service staff is still good. They kept apologizing, but they couldn’t make up for the ruined mood. The child kept crying inside! Oh! After breakfast, we went upstairs to pack our luggage. "I checked in early that evening. The front desk lady woke me up in the middle of the night, and she patiently walked me through all the check-in procedures. The next day, the front desk staff recommended attractions and delicious food. I extended my stay for a few more days and even changed the room type to my preferred one. I was in a hurry to run laundry, and the front desk lady was so considerate and told me it was okay, saying they'd wash and dry it for me and I could pick it up when I returned that evening. The environment was comfortable and quiet, the front desk ladies were always smiling, and the manager was incredibly responsible. I'll definitely stay at your place again next time I'm in Dalian!"

What I loved most was the style of the hotel. It’s not the usual modern look – it has an antique, vintage feel with carpets, little lamps hanging everywhere, and a beautiful style. The decorations reminded me of things I’ve seen in Morocco – truly beautiful. The food was good, the bed was super comfortable, and the vintage details in the rooms are consistent with the rest of the hotel – same lovely style throughout. I highly recommend this place for anyone who loves character, warmth, and great service."

"Esta é a primeira vez que escrevo uma crítica ruim. Este é o pior hotel em que fiquei durante minha viagem a Dalian. Isso derrubou minhas expectativas e percepção de acomodação de alta qualidade em um hotel 4 estrelas. Depois de fazer o check-in e entrar no quarto, vi a janela voltada para o trem dentro da plataforma. Não é exagero dizer que você pode entrar no trem pulando. O barulho e a vibração de alta frequência do trem entrando e saindo da estação são insuportáveis! Não movemos nada no quarto. Pegamos nossa bagagem e fomos até a recepção para negociar uma troca de quarto. A recepção nos mostrou outros quartos, mas eles ficavam de frente para a estação de trem ou para a rua principal e eram muito barulhentos. No final, tivemos que negociar para cancelar o quarto. Como a recepção não conseguiu tomar uma decisão, eles chamaram um gerente para nos comunicarmos. O gerente tinha uma atitude muito ruim e não tinha profissionalismo. No final, ele nos deu a desculpa de que a plataforma não permitia cancelamento e nos disse para reclamarmos à vontade, e então desligou o telefone. Entramos em contato com a plataforma novamente, e ela nos ajudou ativamente a mediar. Também dissemos ao hotel que estávamos dispostos a pagar parte da taxa de cancelamento ou pagar a tarifa horária do quarto, mas o hotel continuou com a mesma atitude e se recusou a permitir o cancelamento. No final, a plataforma optou por ignorar as chamadas subsequentes. Não tive escolha a não ser fazer o check-in. Depois de entrar no quarto e ficar deitado na cama por um tempo, senti coceira em vários lugares do meu corpo, então saí e comprei lençóis descartáveis e capas de edredom para colocar sobre eles. Os cantos da sala estavam obviamente muito úmidos, e as paredes estavam podres e caindo devido à umidade prolongada, causando um cheiro de mofo que impregnava o ambiente. O painel de controle remoto também estava coberto de poeira. Não sabia se era porque ninguém morava aqui há muito tempo ou se a limpeza era simplesmente desleixada. É difícil imaginar que um hotel quatro diamantes com um quarto custando mais de quatrocentos dólares por noite possa ser tão ruim. Seja em termos de atitude de serviço, padrões de higiene ou manutenção das instalações, este hotel me decepcionou muito."
