Service: Honestly, the housekeeping staff were much friendlier than the front desk. I almost gave a 1-star rating. Facilities: Definitely needs improvement. I wanted to borrow a computer for work, but the front desk refused, saying it couldn't connect to the external network, which I understand given sensitive information. I then asked if I could use a computer at the business center nearby. The front desk gave a vague answer, saying no one had used it in a long time. It was only after I specifically asked them to check that they went to look. After a quick check, they said it was broken. When I asked if they could get IT to fix it, they just flat-out said the computer was broken. There's more, but I won't go into it... Overall, I wouldn't recommend this hotel. It's not worth the price, and I won't be staying here again."
