Logo na entrada do lobby, fomos recebidos por um concierge. A recepcionista, Lu Yu, foi muito simpática e fez o possível para atender às nossas necessidades, lembrando-nos de escanear o código do estacionamento. O check-in também foi rápido. O quarto estava limpo e organizado, demonstrando atenção aos detalhes. O café da manhã também era delicioso e variado. Me senti em casa. Com certeza, escolherei este hotel novamente na próxima vez."

"O padrão de um hotel cinco estrelas ainda é o mesmo. Fica bem perto da Estação de Esqui de Songshan. O hotel também conta com fontes termais. Depois de esquiar, mergulhar nas fontes termais dissipa instantaneamente o cansaço do corpo. O café da manhã também é bom. Não há muita gente fora dos horários de pico. O custo-benefício é muito alto."

QIANNA HOTEL GLORIOUS (Dengfeng Songshan Scenic Area)

"I stayed at Qianna in Dengfeng, full of anticipation, but I couldn't even find the entrance! Haha, I asked the front desk, and they told me to enter through the auxiliary road/non-motorized vehicle lane, with electric bikes on one side and pillars on the other. I booked a family room for 268 yuan, and they gave me a room on the second floor first. I was stunned when I went in. The family room was actually two separate rooms, I'm not kidding! The shower and toilet were combined, and the bathroom was smaller than my own at home. There were only two beds. I saw online that there were cartoon beds or tents, but this second-floor room had nothing. I asked the front desk, and they told me the cartoon beds were sold out. They changed me to a room with a tent, but after that, the room layout was still two separate rooms, and they just put in a single-layered tent. Unbelievable! There was an incense box in the room, and it hadn't been cleaned. There are many better and cheaper places in Dengfeng than Qianna. I only went there because of Mr. Zhu's recommendation, and now I regret it and am angry."
