"This hotel used Ctrip to trick customers, charging 68 yuan more for booking rooms directly with the hotel. Both Ctrip and the guests were duped. The hotel's banquet hall was busy, hosting four weddings and return banquets for family members during lunch one day. The hotel's large parking lot was unmanned, so upon arrival, the entire lot and the surrounding area were completely filled with cars, making it difficult to find the hotel entrance. The bathroom only had a bathtub, so showers had to be taken standing in it."
