"The hotel is in a fantastic location, right by the train station and within easy reach of restaurants, shops, the bus station, and several major shopping malls. Everything you need is practically on the doorstep, within walking distance. Friendly staff very helpful :) The room itself was clean, comfortable, and had one standout feature: a proper BATH! So many hotels have done away with this, but being able to unwind after a full day of shopping, work or getting ready for a night out makes such a huge difference. It was genuinely one of the highlights of the stay :) It’s worth noting that breakfast isn’t currently being served, but with plenty of pubs, cafés, bakeries, bars, and shops nearby, finding something good to eat is no problem at all."

"Amazing place to stay! Clean, great service, great location! Dylan at front desk is the definition of good customer service and deserves recognition for how lovely and kind he is. Breakfast was great, not rushed lile other hotels as usually buffet is gone an hour before closing but here the staff replenished until last customers left and were polite and friendly. I would stay here alone for the great customer service. Thanks!"
